Ag confirmed on their FB page they are going to release Frozen dolls in 2024, so Christmas would be perfect . I definitely think Mulan & Moana are coming . I would love to see Pocahontas, but they will probably get backlash only because how her story was originally told by Disney, it’s completely fabricated, the real story is complicated . Snow White , Merida , etc most likely will come depending on the success of the line … Thanks for the video

I think they will continue to release them in batches of 3, with the trio comprising two white princesses, and one princess of colour. I don't know out of Mulan or Moana which one Disney currently sells the most toys from, but I'd imagine whichever that is is the one they'll offer with the next batch, and then the other with the following batch. I think they'll do Raya before Pocahontas...
I like the idea of Mulan with the Corinne face mold. She also has the Asian style dragon and it is the year of the dragon. I would love to see more diversity. However, both Pocohantas and Moana wear the same outfit throughout their movies. Maybe they would get extra accessories and characters from their movies? I like the addition of Snow White. She has black hair and AG now has a lighter vinyl color. She also has the clothes.
I’m honestly excited for this permanent line for American Girl. My opinion, if it helps the company stay the float then I am all in. Raya and Mulan are my favorite characters of Disney Princesses! You know my wallet will cry but I’m be so absolutely happy when or if AG release them both.
I think the frozen dolls will be collector dolls because AG knows they’ll sell really well no matter how much they cost. My ideal would obviously be for them to be the regular $125 with additional outfits so maybe they could just release additional outfits with the crystals or two versions of the dolls…
I'm gonna bet that the Frozen sisters will be Collector's Edition this year and maybe come out in Playline next year. I am DYING for Merida!!!! I want her so badly! 😍😍 I bet she will be released, but it may not be for a while. I think she would look great with the TM #115 mold and wig, but with blue eyes and the red-orange hair, or perhaps a new wig style entirely!! She would likely come in her main green dress and the blue satin dress would be her fancy outfit. She doesn't have a third outfit but maybe they could include her cloak as her third option, it does play an important part in her story. I would love it if they would also include her underthings because those are very unique, close to historically accurate even, but it's not likely. I do worry that they won't make Merida though because it seems Disney is trying to make everyone forget she exists, Brave merch is almost impossible to find anywhere, including the Disney parks! 😭 I would also love to see a playline Belle, and her green dress, and a Playline Rapunzel too!! 😃 I have a feeling Mulan will be released this year because it's Year of the Dragon, I'd totally buy her if they did! 😍 Raya is really interesting, I hope they do release her, but it probably won't be for quite some time. It's highly likely Moana will be included, but they may wait til after the second movie comes out to give her more clothing options. Pocahontas will probably not be released anytime soon, if even at all, though it would a real shame if they didn't, her story teaches some very valuable lessons, once you get past the misappropriated aspects.
If this line ends without there being a Moana doll, specifically with the Makena mould, I will do it myself and customize truly me 123. That's the only princess doll I'd buy tbh.
