Doc Snipes! Thank You! These are the most important things we don’t learn in school:
How to be happy. How to be ourselves. How to love ourselves. How to heal ourselves. (and maybe others too :)
Your videos are very useful, and so important, a kind of manual for the human mind-brain.
Have a nice way! I wish you love and happiness! You're a beautiful soul-surgeon and much more :D!

I listened to my very 1st video of this series ever, prior to this one, & IT WAS GREAT INFO! I fell asleep listening to it actually. Somewhere in it, because there were 2 hosts, was a light hearted moment with a little laughter. I don't remember, I fell asleep 😴
    But guess what?!?!
I finally had a happy dream. I woke up laughing!!!
I NEVER laugh when I'm awake.
I had such a great dream- and it was a funny one -that I woke up laughing!😆
Thank you, thank you very much for the healing words that you all are giving through these videos.
    They truly make a difference.

Ask urself what do u need?(during meals)
Make a list of things that prevent or help mitigate vulnerabilities ?
( being ontop of my responsibilities- relaxation and accomplished
    (enough mental stimulation-happiness motivation excitedness
    (church -belonging accepting
    Make a list of reasons
    **Important questions to live authentic
    What makes you happy?
1.Having a positive attitude being able to express myself and not let others bring me down
    2.Singing
    3.Being physically active
    4.being with my dogs
5.Socializing w people who make me laugh
    6.nature sunlight reading creating organizing
When I'm happy my thoughts will be good I'll think " I feel so happy life is good and beautiful" " I'm so blessed God is so good to me " " I love my life everything feels perfect for me" and my outlook will change because I'll feel confident about my future and present I'll trust in the process and feel joy peace i accept all of me even my shortcomings vulnerabilities weaknesses imperfections...I'll find peace in that im a good positive happy(identity) person and I accept that the way people treat me is a reflection of their life not me and I will respond with kindness and I will be rewarded with more happy strength.
Happiness makes me feel more energized motivated creative social driven and makes me feel healthy and regulates my emotions
When I'm happy I see my family best friends partner and mentors as my support system My relationships will be full of support
In my day to day life the time I wakeup would be different the way i encounter fear would be different I would see it as a opportunity to gain more happiness and feel good about myself after confronting feelings of fear. what I would eat would be different having a social life feeling pretty organized and having a bf and new experiences Having hobbies that make me feel energized and intuned w myself not being afraid of myself and what's inside and feeling comfortable showing others I would be doing art martial arts dance and fashion
I can start making these things happen by accepting myself fully and being supported by me family and other people I care abt.

I love these tips and I’m grateful for you taking the time to share them but I don’t like the idea of comparing yourself to others and being grateful that we aren’t as poorly off as others may be. It just seems mean spirited like saying “yeah I have some issues but at least I’m not a quadriplegic.” Everyone is different and it seems like a bad idea to compare yourself to someone else. I think a better alternative would be to find some stories of recovery and save them to reread on tough days when you need a reminder that there’s always hope to get better 💜

You SHOULD GET A TOP THAT SAYS IM SENSITIVE AND TRYING TO HEAL my soul , people are more respectful and helpful then you realise once you tell them the truth it’s no longer a issue !!!I drunk alcohol for 15 years straight, hiding my anxiety and showing a fake happiness joking around when drunk… then I turned to OxyContin for a couple years, yes those was the best years of my life but now I’m sober and have lost my motivation. So I quit work a month ago and started exercised like a prize fighter , 115kg down to 109kg in no time.

Thanks & good job. Why don't you go back to bed? Why do you force yourself to wake up when your body wants to sleep (during the day)? Is work a toxic relationship? 🤔😕😉

@@annesmith1491 Why? Are you trying to conform to toxic societal expectations (wage slavery)? Do what makes you happy. Stay up if that feels good & natural. I have a friend who is nocturnal. He got a night shift job.

The "scents" tip made me think of the time my oldest brother got in trouble in elementary school for keeping Lipton tea bags in his desk because he like to sniff them. 😄

I am absulutly not convinced on the forgivness is a powermove thing. I mean not being consumed by anger that you can't concentrate towards something good, okay. But the way it's presented just makes me go bah
