I was part of the hate gang watching this years ago thinking this video was "cringe " and "too much" but I eat my words and I pray for forgiveness. I believe that everyone is allowed to believe what they want but when they start treating others differently because of their beliefs that's when it crosses the line.

I am an atheist and this sounds so strange, but sometimes I get jealous of people like her. Hear me out: she seems so happy and full filled because of her belief. But I just can’t bring myself to believe in god. And frankly I don’t want to. But seeing her makes me realize that some people truly have a connection to their god, the same way I have a connection to my family. And that is wonderful.

Even though there are a ton of us here who aren't religious and like to laugh at her, sometimes we can take a step back and try to understand the message she has. I'm not religious in any way, but this is actually really smart. She takes time out of her day at the beginning of her day to establish what is important to her and how she wants to live. Sure, maybe she wants to be a child of God, but we can just decide that we want to remember to be good people or that we want to be able to live fully without stress or worries. We could all take some time out of our mornings to remember who we want to be and what we want to do.

Same here! I'm working on changing that though. My new morning routine includes taking care of my 3 and 4 year olds first, then finding 15 minutes minimum while they are playing to read from my devotional book and reading a Bible verse a day. Starting my day right really helps my faith the rest of the day! I might not be as giddy as Emma but my soul is gaining more strength by the day.

Katerina Marin A lot of those things were examples of people who were not walking with God. God includes that in His Word because He is teaching us not to do those things. And people who are homophobic are being hateful, that’s not what God wants us to do. While It’s true that being gay, lesbian, etc is a sin just like any other, we are not supposed to judge people (because we have all sinned), rather we are supposed to lead them to abandon their sin and come to God.

Only one man could, and did, live a perfect life - The man Yeshua - God himself - and he died as an innocent sacrifice for everyone else who couldn't. And then he defeated death as well to show he is the only path to everlasting life. This was to show how futile it is for mankind to think they can be in charge of their own lives. You can't be your own god, you can't save yourself, you must plead with God himself, who you have not known. He is the embodiment of Love, offered freely but not forced upon you. True love is a free gift, and doesn't make sense if it's forced. Hell isn't just a punishment, it is a place where you go that is eternally separate from grace, love, light, and cleanliness - all character traits of God and heaven. So you understand that Hell is where you go because you won't be forced into his presence against your will. The Bible is available to help you see and understand his goodness. And how you cannot be in support of Truth and love, while also supporting and standing on LIES, and false idols, false beliefs.
jhansenink I don’t believe in God. I think the bible doesn’t make sense. Jesus is a part of God- he is the son of the trinity. Jesus sacrificed himself to deliver humans from original sin and open the gateway to heaven, and he could do so because he was the ultimate sacrifice-not an innocent lamb, but an innocent human, born through virgin birth. My question is, that if Jesus is God, then he can’t be a true human being. God is within all of us, but that does not make us God. Jesus is god, so why did God sacrifice a part of himself? People say Jesus died on the cross for our sins and endured the suffering, but if Jesus isn’t a human how could he feel things? How can God feel physical pain? Why did god sacrifice one form of himself just to let humans into heaven? It seems pointless.

She's actually not spreading positivity, she's just crazy. Someone on her Instagram asked “is it okay to be friends with people of other religions” and she said no and that only people who love Jesus should be surrounded by you. I'm personally not religious but Jesus himself said to love everyone, regardless of their beliefs. I believe that everyone is allowed to believe what they want but when they start treating others differently because of their beliefs that's when it crosses the line.
I agree, and I think that she makes a few good points in this, but I am not 100% on what I think about her. And not only did Jesus say to love everyone, but he also sat with the Pharisees and the Sadducees and the tax collectors and the prostitutes, and he just loved them. He didn't push religion on them, he just loved them.

I am an atheist and this sounds so strange, but sometimes I get jealous of people like her. Hear me out: she seems so happy and full filled because of her belief. But seeing her makes me realize that some people truly have a connection to their god, the same way I have a connection to my family. And that is wonderful.

I watched this video a few years ago when I was still lukewarm. Now that I’ve given my life to the Lord, I’ve watched it again and can honestly say that this is a relationship we should all strive for with Christ. This is truly what having a relationship with God should be. This whole video is literally the embodiment of Nehemiah 8:10. Even though there are a ton of us here who aren't religious and like to laugh at her, sometimes we can take a step back and try to understand the message she has. I'm not religious in any way, but this is actually really smart. She takes time out of her day at the beginning of her day to establish what is important to her and how she wants to live. Sure, maybe she wants to be a child of God, but we can just decide that we want to remember to be good people or that we want to be able to live fully without stress or worries. We could all take some time out of our mornings to remember who we want to be and what we want to do.

Same here! I'm working on changing that though. My new morning routine includes taking care of my 3 and 4 year olds first, then finding 15 minutes minimum while they are playing to read from my devotional book and reading a Bible verse a day. Starting my day right really helps my faith the rest of the day! I might not be as giddy as Emma but my soul is gaining more strength by the day.

Sometimes its a curse on a family line, etc. Sometimes it's to show that nobody can ever fulfill the laws to perfection. Only one man could, and did, live a perfect life - The man Yeshua - God himself - and he died as an innocent sacrifice for everyone else who couldn't. And then he defeated death as well to show he is the only path to everlasting life.
This was to show how futile it is for mankind to think they can be in charge of their own lives. You can't be your own god, you can't save yourself, you must plead with God himself, who you have not known. He is the embodiment of Love, offered freely but not forced upon you. True love is a free gift, and doesn't make sense if it's forced. Hell isn't just a punishment, it is a place where you go that is eternally separate from grace, love, light, and cleanliness - all character traits of God and heaven. So you understand that Hell is where you go because you won't be forced into his presence against your will. The Bible is available to help you see and understand his goodness. And how you cannot be in support of Truth and love, while also supporting and standing on LIES, and false idols, false beliefs.

jhansenink I don’t believe in God. I think the bible doesn’t make sense. Jesus is a part of God- he is the son of the trinity. Jesus sacrificed himself to deliver humans from original sin and open the gateway to heaven, and he could do so because he was the ultimate sacrifice-not an innocent lamb, but an innocent human, born through virgin birth. My question is, that if Jesus is God, then he can’t be a true human being. God is within all of us, but that does not make us God. Jesus is god, so why did God sacrifice a part of himself? People say Jesus died on the cross for our sins and endured the suffering, but if Jesus isn’t a human how could he feel things? How can God feel physical pain? Why did god sacrifice one form of himself just to let humans into heaven? It seems pointless.
