- So way back in 2016, the Mermaid!AU was pretty popular and so I drew a mermaid piece and started writing a story to go with it. Needless to say, I only got one chapter out before taking it down due to not being able to finish it. About last year or so, I decided to redraw the picture and now I'm finally deciding to try to write the story again. Hopefully, I can finish it this time.

'Panacea' means 'a solution or cure for all diseases'
I guess that means Gabriel is trying to cure Emily with something from the mermaid, like how he originally wanted to cure her with Ladybug's miraculous

I LOVED THIS! This was so amazing, as usual your art is beautifully amazing! I love the expressions on their faces, they tell a story on their own. I feel so bad for Mari, I'm scared of what Gabriel will make her do, or do to her...... I love how sweet Adrien is and how htgeir he was when she spoke! I am interested in what is wrong with Emillie, and I hope that if she wakes up she'll slap Gabriel. I hate how Gabriel described her, I hate how he looks at her, I hate that he things of her as some sort of trophy to display. I love how Adrien taught her how to speak and write, it was super cute! I hope he can find a way to free her before Gabriel goes through with his probably horrid plan. I liked how you used Ladybug, I am curious on how you will bring in Chat Noir and the kwamis if you decide to do that. I liked the design of Mari in her mermaid form, it almost looks like she has wings, she's so pretty, and I love her bottom fins and how they spread, especially the ones surrounding her tail like a small skirt! I like how Adrien kinda has a Felix style suit, he pulls it off nicely. I like how both of them are touching the glass, and you can see the layers of the glass so we are that they can't truly touch each other. I love the longingness in their eyes, how they both wish they could somehow be free and how they wish to be with each other. You're so amazing, thank you for this story! Till the next one!
