Just a hint. If you let the Mod Podge dry, then put the tissue paper on top of it, place parchment paper on top of the tissue paper and iron it with a hot iron, you will not have wrinkles or frustration. I found that hint on a website and have been very grateful for it. I am enjoying this video. Thanks!
New subscriber here...chose this video to run in the background while cleaning & found myself watching more than cleaning..lol! I just love your style! And your voice is so relaxing..but mainly I just love the pieces you create..everything is just beautiful!! ☃️❄️🎄🤍 Thank you for sharing..love & prayers from Iowa! 💙🙏
Lol I do that too!! I pretend I’m cleaning while watching videos lol. Her projects are so beautiful. Edit oh and I’m from Nebraska I saw you are in Iowa so hi neighbor!!
I have watched this twice through. I have learned so much and truly thank you. I am a cancer patient and this is my first time doing crafts. It’s helping me so much refocus and giving me something to really enjoy!!! It was a bit expensive getting a “stash” set up but I have made several things and am shocked how beautiful this are turning out!!! My favorite are the sheet music crafts. I asked family there favorite hymns and am giving them each one as a gift. So just want to thank you for what you do and what it has meant to me to find your channel!!
I couldn't get through it once, I had to pause it 100 times. How did you watch it twice?????? I love her DIY's but 3 hours long........ This should have been made into 5 or 6 videos. I totally do not mean this in a negative way
I love watching you craft. So many crafters are using machies I can't afford or paint that is out of my budget. Also many are using their program to sell stuff and I don't get on to have stuff sold to me. I don't have to deal with that on yours. Thank You.
Okay I’m halfway on your video 😃! I think it’s a fun diy that I can make 😊lots of things . But I’m so ready to go to sleep 😴 You have so many things that you can use 😊for DIYs! You are giving me lots of ideas 😀😀 Thanks, thanks 😊🥰🥰
I’ve seen where people put the Mod podge on, let it dry completely. Then put paper down and iron it. It goes on perfectly smooth… the heat of the iron makes the mod pudge tacky again and the image holds , it smooths out the paper at the same time and it works great
7:03 😯🤯🤯🤯😃 Oh my oh my this is flippin’ genius. Like…. I’m just… it makes so much sense; I’d NEVER think of this… The possibilities are absolutely. ENDLESS. Oh man. My mind is going a mile a minute right now!! Gift ideas for the Grands!!! The newlyweds! Even the littles!!!! 🎁🎁🎁 🥹thank you love.🥹 you have just made my holiday diy/gifting game SO fresh and inspired!!!
These are “darling”!!! When you decoupage try going in sections. It goes faster and easier. Lay the image down, fold over half, put the Modpodge down then lay your image over then do the other part. It really makes it smoother. Less tears and wrinkles. Such great projects!
Hi Emily, I’m watching you redo the Cherry sign. Part way through, I had paused the video to run to Hobby Lobby before they closed to get a picture frame. I stopped by the clearance isle and as I was looking through I saw this exact sign!! What are the chances.? 😂 There were 2 of them on clearance for $1.74ea, so I got both. The saying on both was GATHER. I also got the picture frame I needed on clearance. (The regular ones 11x17 were $35+) I paid 11.70 for it… now that seemed like a lot for clearance price but then I looked at the original price and it said $117.00 for that particular frame. 😮 Out of my clearance haul I paid $81, I checked when I got home and my savings was $380. So I now have a huge stash to start crafting with. Thanks for all the inspiration, you have wonderful ideas, Thanks
I love when you find great deals like this. You get such good quality pieces to craft with for a fraction of the price. My sign originally said gather and I made the cherry one for summer and then put HoHoHo for winter so it’s a perfect 2 part project. I’m excited you found it! You will love coming up with 6 letter words to use 💕
This is also my first time watching you & am amazed at how inexpensive your crafts are to make, but how high end they look. I really love your channel & will be watching from now on.
You could run some thin jute twine through the pick berry curls and tie that through the holes. Then the weight will be in the twine rather than the thin wire of the pick berries. That should alleviate the stretching.
First time I've seen your site. I cannot possibly tell you which is my favorite piece. I'm not a natural DIY-er but I think I can do these easily. They look like something I would buy!
These are awesome! I will definitely try them. I have learned if you take a heat hun to remove the stickers/signs it works great and removes the glue too 😊
I’m going to do some of these. Definitely the snowman! The vignette is so nice. I would have waited to cover the back of the tag, because I prefer the ribbon only show on the front, but that’s just me.
Really love that you learned how to make the WalMart ornament with beads for us. I’ll be trying those this year. I also thought the ‘Joy’ picture with the candy for the O was so unique. I think I’ll make that as an ornament, too, and appreciate the inspiration.
Thank you so much for all of your time to show these wonderful crafts and hacks….I totally loved them, and saved it so I can do some of them next year….❤️
The Joy sign is super cute. I wouldn't have added that particular ribbon for the bow because it was a starkly different color of red than the rest of the project. But super cute otherwise, and probably more of personal preference.
I’m in love with your channel ! First time here and you’re very creative . Thank you for sharing and we all have a particular way to do our arts but at the end all looks really beautiful 😍
Loved 'em then, love 'em now. This reminded me of a few more I really wanted to make & hadn't yet so thanks again. I appreciate all the things you share & you know I think they're always gorgeous.
Often the Dollar Tree hack videos I have seen, look cheap and cheesy. Yours are really nice and things I would actually use in my home. Also, I learned so many tricks and tips. Great job! Great pacing, ideas and projects!
Cheap and so high end looking :these crafts are so affordable
Thank you so much for sharing your video! I pray that everything will go well with the birth of your baby. God bless you!❤️🙏
All of them are beautiful but the last one the reindeer is gorgeous
Snowman is adorable. But everything is great.
Absolutely precious snowman!
Every creation is beautiful. 😊
Thank you so much 😊

I am definitely going to try this! Thank you for the tip 💕
That is the omly way I will use Mod Podge- we have a hate/hate relationship😀
The iron does work really well.
So many great ideas for Christmas and the winter season. Would love to see how you decorate your kitchen for Christmas. 🔔 🎄⛄️

Snowman cutting board super cute too❤❤❤
I am not religious, but that card nativity craft was super creative! I might do a variation of that for my employees at work.
LOVE the crackle Noel sign!!!
Love that little snowman so much!❤
35:14 The Sleigh Parking is absolutely darling! Really appreciate this way to mimic a cricut without the price!
🤩🤩🤩🤩
The berries on the topiary make it look like an apple tree to me! Love it!
The Noel sign is absolutely gorgeous!
You’re narration of your videos is great. You’re voice is very easy to listen to. Always great inspiration!!

Omg, sleigh parking, I love it! ❤️
I love all of these, but especially the one with the rusty bells. You are so creative ❤
I agree the little touchs always make it special.
Really like the crackle piece. I have not seen this in years I love all my crackle pieces from the 90s.

The sleigh parking is probably my favorite thus far.
I make storys for all my fairy gardens im getting lots of ideas from this video. Thank you.

Hey there -- ty for the education on tissue-paper-through-the-printer. I didn't have the guts, and you've shown me the light!
Ok the tree/sled is my favorite too.

Enjoyed the entire tutorial. Craft on!
It would absolutely make a cute gift for individuals in the family
