Hello, thanks for your explanation. May I ask you a question? With this type of regulators, supposing thet the desired pressure can be obtained at the outlet of the regulator, how much does the flow rate change between the inlet and the outlet of the regulator?
Pls discuss How can maintan the rgulator When it is open espacially regulator 2 lnches which use small regulator to open or controll in lt insted of manuall use??
So what would be wrong with a regulator that leaks out air if you set the pressure below .06 mpa have one that say range should be set between .04 to .06 but if you make it less then .06 the air starts leaking out
A simple appearance outside can't tell what is happening inside this device, so great to understand its working principle. Thank a lot.
Wow I think this channel will up many's people knowledge and skills so I'm proud to be one of your student 🙏🙏🙏 from🇬🇦🇬🇦

Beautiful explanation
Please make video on How to control speed of a pneumatic cylinder
You are doing great job. Your explanation and animation good. I'm learning lot about pneumatics. Thanks a lot
FB ! Thanks for your explanation.
Really good explained

What if we use automatic pressure control in the compressor? Do we still need an air regulator??
If the compressor has an automatic pressure regulator, I don't think it's necessary to have a separate regulator.
How do we repair the air regulator
Great, Your Video helping us a lot...🙏
Keep uploading, Your voice also sweet like honey

Good...
I have one question. If input supply 7 bar and regulator out maximum 2.5 bar. But suddenly its give us 7 bar on outside .then what is problem?
Am I correct in saying that the regulator accepts inputs up to 0.25 MPa? :)
if that is continously means the Regulator is broken or failed to regulate
Amazing 🧃
U make things complicated by showing an upside down regulator
