    Thank you for the video, Sir. But it's still incomplete without the wiring connection of HART to the Valve Positioner connection terminals. I know those are just two wires, but it would be more helpful for the beginners. Other than that.. its a fine piece of knowledge.

    In our plant we use Samson posinitor for steam control. It is controlled by Yokogawa pid control output 4:20 milli amps. If the set point is 40 then it goes to 50 and then it goes down to 32 degrees. I am not changing the setting in pid. Pls explain slow operation settings tell me sir

    Actuator actions needs to specify i.e. air to open or air to close, this valve is fail to close. VideoGraphy is very poor ... But explaination is wonderful ... Very simple language anyone can understand, u can use two different mobile and edit the entire video by integration of scene. Keep it up with more complex model specification devices... Thanks for this wonderful job n input for our career.

    It's was a good video. I have a small suggestion that, It's is good if you mentioned the model of positioner and HART also. And it's very useful for beginners if you mentioned the tube size fitting name and size also. Anyway Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

      i m using this Communicator bcz i don't need extra cable to Power up the positioner... if you use HART475 you will also get the same option. This Communicator is upgraded version of HART475 with some advance features.
