Yes, very happy about that. I just took a quick look at your channel. I found the video about your project Rapid. Grap myself a beer and watch your movie now. So nice to meet other enthusiasts from all over the world! thanks for your comment :-)
Amazing car love it :) by the way the MOT inspection shop looks like Romanian 90's MOT inspection shops , why is that ? To be honest I really like it it has a charm then the newer shops that everything is brand new . By the way how long the MOT in Holland is valid ?
It’s a start-up from a young mechanic. He bought the shop and all equipment from an elderly man who retired. This was my first time here. He offered to do the inspection. For older cars this is all we need. MOT: newer cars yearly. From 30 years every two years and older 50 exempt from MOT.
@@MrSkoda105s OK, that's good. I undersealed and wax injected my old 120 in the 1990s. It kept it rust free until it was 20 years old, at which point I bought a Favorit, then 2 Felicia's, 3 Fabia's and am now driving a 2013 Rapid TSI. I have loved them all!!!!!!
@@julianroberts5407 So you are a real Škoda ambassador! 👌🏻 I never had a Favorit or Felicia. I went from a 120 LS to an Octavia and now my second Octavia. Always Škoda for me too.
@@MrSkoda105s yes, I love them! Visited the Museum and did the factory tour at Mlada Boleslav back in October 2010 with my Brother. He also drives a Skoda. A 2008 Fabia Combi, 106,000 miles and the cambelt not yet replaced! I keep telling him to get it done, as those 1.9tdi engines can easily reach 250,000 miles if well cared for!
@@julianroberts5407 That’s nice. I’ve visited the factory in Kvasiny and walked beside the assembly line. Impressive. Yes please tell your brother to do preventive maintenance. Would be a shame if the belt snapped.
Mooi man!
Dankjewel! 😃
Hartstikke goed, gefeliciteerd! En veel veilige en plezierige kilometers toegewenst.
Dankjewel! Van het voorjaar eindelijk de weg weer op 🎉
Lucky you! Still fighting with mine 😂

@@MrSkoda105s no need to tell me bc I could see your happy face
Beautiful garde! 😁😁
Thank you! Very happy with this Garde. It's a low milage car. :-)
That's great garde! I love that old škoda cars have such people as you in Holland.
Thanks for your comment! Yes Škoda has fans all over the world including Holland 😃

A beautiful car. Has the underside and cavities been wax preserved?
thank you, after the protection from the factory, the dealers usually also applied a cavity and bottom protection layer. This car has that too.
