Someone told me this but there are pictures of their yearbooks and Jade wrote in her´s sth along the lines of that she couldn´t have made it through school without her best friend Cat. So even tho she doesn´t really show it much she does love Cat.
Jade puts on the tough bad girl front throughout the show, but Cat is Jade's best friend, and Jade has soft moments with her. She can't stand it when Cat's upset or crying. She's the one who cares enough to figure out what's wrong with Cat near the end of the show when Cat starts living at the school. She's the one who contacts her parents and fixes everything. I think Jade is the only character who kind of understands why Cat is the way she is, and how to help her when the situation needs it.
I wish whoever made it included their moments on the slap because there are videos of them hanging out and having sleepovers that are more "love" although it is Jade so a bit of annoyance too
Yeah, and if you watch the series, you can really tell that Jade makes a lot of exceptions for Cat. No one on the show loves Cat 100% of the time, and Jade is no different - but if you look closely, you can really tell that she cares about Cat the most out of anyone in their group.
