This happened to me once after school when I was younger. I was breaking up a fight between my two friends and a police randomly tackled me to the ground and handcuffed me. Bearing in mind I was only 14 or 15 around 5'5 at the time.
You forget some of these officers are like bouncers at the club. They get off on picking on people weaker than them.
