I think I started watching when you done the Rascal or maybe the one before. Don’t even know how I come across it because I have never watched anyone fixing cars up before 🤷♀ Who’d thought the channel would become my go to Friday(not sure if it was always Fridays) evening viewing after that! I often recommend your channel to people I’m delivering post to that have a classic/resto car hanging around on their property 😂Well done Ben 👏
Another brilliant podcast and big congratulations on the 50k subs - well deserved. Maybe you need a filmed trip over to uncle Sam's to buy a big toy hauler and ship it back! Wynne's mention of RAF Shawbury brought a shiver back... as a young 20 something I had to visit the place to do some work in the substation. I was in a borrowed work van which had a dubious looking radio cassette on the dash with wires hanging out for an aerial and it was rather melted after my smoker co-worker had previously flicked his discarded cigarette into it by accident and set it on fire! Must admit a little bit of poo made an appearance when the armed guards on Shawbury gate spotted it and promptly shoved the muzzle of a rifle through my open window and into my cheek, screaming at me not to move a f****** muscle 😂😂
Just hopped over from the Tasty classics channel- part of the “Rascal” intake; definitely pre 1000. Looking forward to catching up and learning something about planes. Thanks to you Ben, I now have a Hillman Superminx, an MGB GT and a MG TF. None working of course. Nice find a podcast for the journey (cycle) to work! I joined for niche- so please don’t go too mainstream!
