I'm really enjoying it, but we all know how it's going to end... they're going to get the youngsters because they have potential. I understand, but the comments they make about the rest don't seem right to me. Descending fast is irresponsible, he stays ahead of the three in the race but "doesn't follow orders", Mattia is amazing, with Katty it was the same, the only one to arrive in the peloton but she's no good because "she already has experience in Zwift". Just say you need a youngster, or one who follows orders and is gregarious, but don't make fun of the others with silly excuses

Mattia deserves the contract and to win the academy, but by the words of the manager it is clear that the 19yrs. old will win. Sadly.

yeah, poor girls ans guys, those team managers come across as douchebags. It seems they have already made up their mind of who would win from the beginning as their critique seems pretty random and they apply different standards to everyone.
