The speed of frame rate at which you are viewing the video is the frame rate which you are viewing... it will be something from 24 to 30fps... 1000 fps clip played back at 24 fps will give over 40 times slow motion... that's why you see such a slow movement of the peanuts
The thing about using higher frame rates, such as 120fps, is that when you slow down the video, for example to 0.5x, it still appears smooth. Many of us would be happy with just 12 - 24 frames

Yes it's slow motion... They are not playback fps speed... They are all playing back at 24fps but were shot in slow motion on a camera that can shoot 1000fps and plays back at 24fps to show how smooth the slow motion is.

FPS = Frame per 'Second' RUclips only allow you to upload 60fps at max, meaning 60 frames per second so if we making it 2 times slower, then it will be 60 frames per 'half second' / 0.5s, meaning if it was 1 second, then it will be 60x2 = 120 frames per second in total. less frame = less detail more frame = more detail that's why you can see a huge difference between 120fps and 480fps/more here. 120 fps is only taking 120 frames from 480, which is there's frame that skipped here, that's why it's called less detailed. cmiiw, sorry for bad grammar (english isn't my major language)
