I don't have a oled TV, but watching this on my samsung neo g8 (mini led) in HDR is so insanly close to oled, but without any of the downsides of Oled like burn in. Man I'm loving this screen.

Oleds haven't had burn in for almost a decade. You're just missing deep blacks and vibrant colors
@@jd2161 Bro who convinced you that was true? Go watch the tests that RTINGS have been doing. Burnin is not only a thing, it's inevitable.
The monitor that comes closest to mine in performance and quality is the alienware oled super widescreen monitor. Forgot the name of it. It's extremely popular but even that one every single long term review has some burnin. Not to mention you can't even use it to watch regular movies etc because it's super widescreen and apparently it only takes a couple of hundred hours to get burn in on the sides by watching 16:9 content.
Oled most certainly does still have burn-in. With proper use you can certainly get a few good years out of an OLED tv but eventually you'll have burn in and degraded pixels, that's literally the nature of the technology. Every second you spend using it the pixels are getting damaged.
