  • NorVicFoods brought together industry experts for a panel discussion addressing how we can work together to help reduce waste pre and post farm gate.
    The gathering occurred at a NorVicFoods breakfast panel, held at the Bel Cibo Restaurant in Shepparton on Tuesday 26 July, attended by farmers, agri-food business owners, government representatives, scientists, and entrepreneurs.
    Moderated by Dr Greg Harper, Director of Business Development and Venture in the Faculty of Veterinary and Agricultural Sciences at the University of Melbourne, representatives from Plunkett Orchards, Sensand Technologies, Go Terra, and Second Bite discussed the problem of food waste.
