The breakfast restaurant scene reminded me of my 2 boys when they were in HS football. We would go out for breakfast and they would eat so much food. They would sit there and argue about who can eat more and recite the calorie and fat content of everything on the table. Their conversations would be just like Qwin and Davids. I would sit there with my oatmeal and coffee and just shake my head. Good times. Great times.

I've always had problems with eating, I can't eat much in the mornings or at school. Now I've started to drink more water, I keep this bottle of water always with me everywhere i go, and drink water every morning and before going to bed. Now I can eat so much more than I did before. Thank you so much man

Qwin don't worry about the whole too much pre workout thing I know how it feels I've been taking 2-2.5 scoops the last day or so and it feels horrible and threw in a headache for good measure so your not alone man lol

REXABILLY 032202 I was your exact size but a little lighter in 9th grade, I just ate and ate as many calories as I could each day, I never counted but I just ate until I was full then when I didn't feel full anymore I would eat a little something to hold me until the next big meal....along with that I did lots of heavy lifting (whatever felt heavy because I was weak), in about 2 months I was over 130 pounds.

probably more like 15% but yeah I have a tall, skinny bone structure, genetically have like a marathon runner type body. I was eating too much and not progressing enough so ended up putting on a bit of fat. Gone from 170 where I probably was around 20% and maintained most of my strength. Gonna keep the next bulk clean and measured!
