Yeah I noticed things about my head too. Im only 26 and few hairs stuck out just like hers. I feel in my body that something wasnt right so i went to the doctor and got tested and noticed that i was lacking few minerals once the doctor told me i started eating lot more of my vitamin which was B12 , C and A and i then noticed it gotten lot better since then i was really concerned honestly but that goes to show vitamin are extremely important in your diet. And this is very true!!!
Thanks for sharing your experience, to highlight the importance of nutrition! I think the important thing here is the testing - because we each will have different deficiencies or heavy metals, and the best results in terms of reversing grays will only come if we then address our specific needs.
Hi! Thanks for sharing. When you went to the doctor what exactly did you request to be tested? Minerals or vitamins? I ask because when I asked my doctor they tested on only limited and certain vitamins that wasn’t what I wanted. I wished they were more specific and provided results on these types of vitamins. If you know what I mean. A part of me feels they purposely don’t want us to know unless we truly specify what we want to know. Thanks in advance for any insights! All the best, -Aurora
Thank you so much for sharing this, today I've visited my hairdresser and he said me to check the analysis. I have much more grey hair appeared in a short time.
Ever since I started using litllexttra cocooniooon shampoo and hair conditioner, there's been a good reduction in hair fall. It feels softer and looks shinier. Compared to using other shampoos there was more hair fall. Moreover, I've started using a scalp massager which I believe is also helping reducing hair fall.
Where do you get the tests? I got mine from my doctor but they say everything is good and I know there’s a deficiency. Can’t always trust conventional tests.
It actually do help i been doing that and trying no shampoo for 2 months and my hair have much volume and is shiny but i am considering to test my mineral like she did so that i can supplement my deficient mineral
I have striped grays. I have normal ones too, surprisingly their texture is not coarse like my normal hair. I think the striped ones are a result of not eating due to a stressful and depressive period in my life. Idk why that would affect pigment in my hair, but i truly believe it did.
Ugh I wonder if I have that one mineral you got too much of because I do love chocolate. But great info! I’m gonna start asking my Acupuncturist to treat my scalp!
Hi Marlowe! Thanks for sharing! Do you have a script on what exactly we should request our doctors when we want to be tested on our mineral and/or vitamins? Any insights will be appreciated. Thanks in advance! -Aurora ❤❤❤
Hi! You can request a full mineral panel (calcium, magnesium, iron, iodine, selenium, copper, zinc,), Vitamin Panel (Including all B-vitamins, and Vitamins A, E, D, K, C). Heavy metal testing is also important for pre-mature gray - urine is best. Sometimes, you will need to go to a more specialized doctor or lab for these tests.

There are many different nutrient deficiencies that can contribute to premature greying - that's why it's best to get your vitamin and mineral levels tested (because what was the cause of mine, may not be the cause of yours). Copper, iodine, iron, Vitamin B-12, and Vitamin D are some of most common ones.
