Thanks mate, it's going really well. Have learned alot as well. I have quite a few ideas which are now very different to those that I had originally, and that's through speaking to more people, feedback and more research 😁👍
Good to see WOR models again. I have been working on my WOR armies. I have 8 bill x bow , a unit of knights and some light cavalry so far. Working on crossbows , foot knights. You have some interesting every video . Looking good.
Great to see you working again on the W.O.T.R. fantastic bases and the painting is awesome. Still haven't seen all of your E.C.W game with Miller yet But am now looking forward to your next W.O.T.R game cheers Martin
Fantastic as always, The Impatient Heir makes a great standard bearer, I had not thought of using him that way...and now I have to buy the Perry Wagon! Great painting on Arundel, if you can do that surcoat you should really be freehanding those standards! Everybody loves a free hand job! ;)
Thanks mate, that Wagon is ace. The impatient heir having to hold his father's colours, indignation at its best 😅 I tried hand painting the flags once, involved alot of swearing and high blood pressure 😁
Fantastic as always Martin! Love all the backstory you put in and let the history inspire your basing. Glad to see WOTR back. Now I'll have to go back and watch all the vid's for a refresh!
Those command minis look amazing as does the charging standard bearer. Would love to get my hand on some of them. As for Arundel, like you suggested he was quite rich and didn’t spend to much having to constantly replace his men and their equipment, so I’d definitely say if your doing more units for him, to make them higher quality ones when building them - more uses of chain, plate and expensive helmets and for cavalry having them be either heavy knight ones or light ones bordering on medium cavalry due to their equipment and horses.
Thanks very much, all of them are available through the link in the description, though admittedly I'm waiting for a re stock at the moment but hopefully that'll be sorted in a couple of weeks 👍 I certainly think that's the way to go, potentially a cannon as well 👍
Great work on Lord Arundel! Just got my Watchful Lord and Impatient Heir in the mail yesterday! Can’t wait to paint them and add them to my armies. Looking forward to more War of the Roses battle reports!
@@7thson726 Yeah the black background & yellow diamond with the cross through it , I do Viking era reenactment & have that symbol carved on my.spear 😂, great painting job tbh mate 👍.
Fabulous work again. I love the sense of movement you manage to get in the vignettes and command bases. BTW I tried watching back the video with the sound muted and some medieval music playing over it instead (Dr. Ludwig has a great selection on RUclips). It was really rather meditative. Try it.
Received my order of the 2 new Ragged Staff minis, deciding where to include in my Townton collection, just included the other ragged staff figures in Somersets and Lord Dacres forces.
beautiful work Martin and an interesting choice of Lord. Great to see some more WOTR. Your livery painting is superb in my view, certainly not big bird lions!
Just found your channel recently, loving the content, watched the ECW stuff and now watching this series I just got the book recently released by OSPREY by Graham Turner great book. Keep up the good work
Excellent as always mate, cant wait to see more War of the Roses in the future!
Thanks mate, the game is on the way 😁
Incredibly cool! 👍🏻
Really pleased you like it 👍

Great update. Your Ragged Staff minis look to paint up well and make for fantastic command models. Hope that venture is going well for you!

Ah yes WOR, channel doesn't feel right without them
Haha very true, it's a bit overdue 😁

Absolutely, it's been far too long 😁

Cheers buddy 👍😁
Lovely work, martin. Nice to see more wars of the roses content on the channel. I also like the carts
I enjoyed painting those, hopefully they'll look good on the table 😁
Cracking stuff Martin. You can never have too many WOTRs figures!
Cheers buddy 😁 you're spot on, I am eyeing up something special

The Kingmaker Project was what got me into your channel in the first place, so this was a very pleasant surprise of a throwback. Love it!
Amazing, that project was still possibly my favourite I've done, the research coupled with the minis and games just went hand in hand 😁
Great work on Lord Arundel! Just got my Watchful Lord and Impatient Heir in the mail yesterday! Can’t wait to paint them and add them to my armies. Looking forward to more War of the Roses battle reports!
Brilliant, I'm glad you like them. The battle report will be on the way 😁
Good update 👍
Thanks 👍
Great to see WotRs back on the menu again .. Absolutely looking forward to the battle report .. Love the miniatures and the basing !
Thanks very much, these were great fun to work on 👍
Interesting the red & black banner bearer of Willam FitzAllan looks as if it has the Norse runic symbol for Gungnir (Odins Spear).
Ah, I think I see where you mean, are you meaning the ties, now I can't unsee that 😅

Great miniatures
Cheers buddy 👍

Excellent, let me know who you pick 😁
beautiful work Martin and an interesting choice of Lord. Great to see some more WOTR. Your livery painting is superb in my view, certainly not big bird lions!

Welcome aboard! Thanks for taking the time to comment 😁 really pleased you're enjoying the content
Excellent video as always, is that the casualty cart from your update 4 years ago 🤣 Only ask because I just watched it 👍
Haha it's the same model but not the same one, I now have 2 😁 I did find that the other day though 👍
Very nice, awesome painting as usual but was is the deal with the blue horse?
Haha, it's not blue I promise, it's black with some brown black highlights, I think the light somewhat did something 😅
Wow !
Thanks 😁
