I've been playing around with the Old Mouldy pancake gold pan at home using stream gravels and sand I brought back home from previous fossicking trips. I tested its performance against my small pan using the same dirt and various screen classifications. The pancake pan was significantly and consistently faster and better at retaining the heavies, including gemstones. The small size is useful since it can be operated using one hand while continuously feeding dirt with the other hand. It will be a welcome addition to my backpack.

excellent circle pan ...I like that you kept the price in line with other pans ...high five on that one ....the platter griddle riddle circle pan rocks,
Something no one has touched on with Yabbie pumps is that, if you do happen to drop any gravel out of it, you can just slurp it back up again and have another go so no matter what you're never actually going to lose it.
Several somebody's are going to have a really nice little bag of dirt.

Chris, I really appreciate how you put up the facts about gold and mining. All those who are either new to prospecting or your channel will learn a lot more about gold to guide them forward. Thank you my friend! I also learned something new, when you wrote that the deepest mine is in Africa. 😳 (Note to self: tuck that fact inside your brain). Very interesting! 😁
Although you are going to wait to weigh the gold and reveal the amount later, I'm already on the edge of my seat! 🧐 Especially the larger coarse piece, as it is not seen in that size in your creeks. Beautiful piece! Until weigh in day, I send you blessings from Alabama ❤️
