Pez Trosper LG's skin is worse than touchwiz and the V10 is running old software. The nexus 6p is the best android phone of 2015, and it will be for the start of 2016.
LG always ahead in sort of innovation for smartphone, Like laser focus, modular phone, 16:9, 2k display, curve display, 1watt speaker, autohealing screen, a flip screen , dual screen etc ,, man.... LG should be father of innovation. they just lack in software department and marketing promotion.
Came here after Marques name dropped this on the iphone 14 pro video. Man one thing you got to admire is this guy's consistency. His 6 year old videos look like they were shot yesterday.
I got the v10 back in April. I love it. the battery is fine it also has fast charging, if the battery goes down I plug it up for 30 minutes and I'm at 50% again. The screen is huge and beautiful. I am no where near running out of storage and I have tons of pictures and videos. I have 64 storage space and a ad card. I don't know why ppl aren't crazy over this phone but that's fine with me I like be a individual. :)

I just want to say that I love my LG V10. It's one of the best phones I have ever gotten. Everyone says the battery doesnt last anything more than 5 hours, which is a complete lie. I've had this phone for about a week now and I have kept the battery alive for more than 20 hours alone. I do barely use it at times, but if you keep wifi on all the time when you aren't using it, and you dont close your apps, if you keep the screen brightness super high or even on auto at times it will die fast. It does over heat at times but this phone is amazing. I use this phone for RUclips video's and it's one of the best phone's I've ever laid eyes on. I would suggest this phone to anyone who wants a good quality camera, processor, and style. This phone does have 2 front facing camera's for great selfies as well. LG did a great job on this phone.
Battery life on this phone sucks. If your using regularly it does NOT last long. Even with hardly any use it can hardly make it past 5pm without needing a recharge. And if I use this crappy phone plugged in it still goes dead. Phone is unusable while charging. And fast charging is a lie. Short of replacing a battery with another you have to purchase seperately

I was thinking that too. I wish the A9 was actually 5.5 inches, also I wish it had front facing speakers, they could have did something like the HTC m9 plus. But I guess for its price, it does everything that it's supposed to.

I pre-ordered it and for $400, it's well worth the money. The metal body feels great, the camera is surprisingly decent (selfie camera being as good as the M9's), the software runs very smoothly and assuming you like music, it sounds fantastic. The Digital to Audio Converter and amplifier are nicer than most smartphones, not to say others are bad per-se but this is a step above any Apple or Samsung device, and it comes with a FM radio app.
My grandma had one of these back when they came out. Thought that secondary display was the coolest thing ever, and honestly it was kinda ahead of it's time.
Man I'm not gonna lie the top app bar that LG introduced with this phone was so underated. Sad that it didn't make it to the future iterations for some reason and that it never caught on as a a feature.
1- Gets sizzling hot, you can cook steak on it. 2-Batteries drain faster than you can replace them 3-GPS signal gets dropped or never connects. 4-sound cuts off constantly when battery drops below 50% 5- all LG v10's will go into boot-loop and crash.

Michael Turner try and access the startup menu...every phone has one and you have to press certain buttons to enter ot from there factory reset and it should be good.... probably corrupt files on ur phone causing the loop
Man i am here after watching the iphone 14 pro video and the whole dynamic island but now this video made me nostalgic because i used to own this phone and it was my most favorite….. i loved everything about it and the power button at the back was super super convenient for my daily use…. I could just put my hand in my pocket, slide a finger on the sensor and bam it was opened before it left the pocket and i got right on go doing whatever i wanted to do. I miss this phone, lg should bing this phone back in a more modernised version but keeping the same aesthetics and some of the old features like the second screen
Returned my s6 today and grabbed the v10. I've used it the whole day non stop and love it. Glad I switched over. Hard to let go of amoled but the battery life and features of this phone more than make up for it.
Hey Marques, I picked up a V10 today. So far, I am really pleased. I traded in a Note 4, which I was never really happy with. It was laggy, and had too many short hangs. The V10 feels more snappy.
My alarm on the V10 didn't work this morning. All of a sudden I cannot turn it on and it's in bootloop. There is no solid solution online and I loved this phone. Now it is garbage. If this doesn't work I'm going to Samgung or even iphone 7.

They serve two different functions, the trade off being that this always takes up the entire top of the screen width. Then there’s also the fluidity and intuitiveness of the feature to think about.

The second display implementation looks much cleaner than dynamic island. That's how Android's version of dynamic island should look like.
