Darling, thank you so much for this wonderful video.
I have had serious health issues since birth and as an adult.
I was debilitated with irritable bowel syndrome, fibromyalgia, endomitriosis, hypothyroidism, lupus, another non-specific autoimmune disease that caused me to lose 4 midterm babies, kidney and bladder issues including chronic UTI infections, and stones, and acute pylonephritis, as well as diverticulitis, heart issues, systemic candidiasis, a cancerous mass, and a relentless attack on my body by every pathogen that I'm exposed to.
I've found things that effectively reversed many of my symptoms so I am not completely debilitated or bedridden anymore... but the attacks to my body and health seem to never end.
I appreciate your precious faith in your youth.
    Blessings, Sweetheart.

This video and your channel came in divine and godly timing. I have gastroparesis and all the others that go along with it and been struggling with my body when it comes to my faith and studies, so much that i have started to wonder if my recent incessant flares and hindrance it is for my studies is a type of spiritual warfare. I lay in bed tonight sick and miserable at this current moment, haven't had relief in a few days but I'm doing what I have been doing since about November which is, creating a queue to stream on the TV of all Christian and biblical content. If anything I can say that my abrupt conviction to detach from streaming services and things that didnt involve my faith or personal fulfillment or help me in a productive way, has been the most disciplined thing I've done in a very very long time. I've been praying for breakthrough but moreso breakthrough for physical boundaries to be lifted because I am just aching to get into my Bible and deep dive for myself but because of my current physical and mental state ive been forced to observe and absorb instead, which has been revolutionary for me but still not the same. Thank you so much for sharing

Thank you for this! I’ve had POTS since I was 9, and tip #3 is crucial. I haven’t gotten there yet

Thank you so much for this video and your other chronic illness video - I’d love to hear more. What I struggle with is the fact that stress makes my symptoms of IBS worse but having symptoms causes me a lot of anxiety and panic which then makes it all worse - how do you minimise your stress in a flare up? Thank you 😊 also.. are you on Instagram? Thanks!

Hi! Thank you again for loving this video! It makes it all worth it to me. I really appreciate the support and comment. I replied to your last comment on anxiety in the flare ups. Breathe through like and try to create as peaceful of an environment as you can. I’ll even turn off the lights or lay on my bed with the fan above me, letting the coolness bring down the anxiety. Also, pray pray pray. Tell god you are angry and you don’t understand this pain. I’ve believe he wants us to be real with him rather than fake. He sees us in our struggle, he’s right beside us. So of course he wants us to tell him how we are feeling. Even if it looks like I’m talking to myself, I pray. Haha
I don’t have an Instagram. I am social media free. Life is better that way, I believe. :)
