In my opinion, Check should concentrate on the flood prone areas, because these are the ones that is most affected when there's a lot of rain.Bless up Klarity.

But what you must remember klarity is that chec doesn't have a firsthand flooding in these areas but now they know they will have a better understanding of what to do, and moreover those areas you are showing doesn't reach anywhere in terms of drains and things it has always been like this only when eastern bananas was around it wasn't that bad
