P3M3 - How to understand Portfolio Programme and Project Maturity

All organisations vary in terms of their ability to successfully deliver portfolios, programmes and projects. This is known as their PPPM Maturity. Having an understanding of your maturity can be very helpful in a number of ways. Helping you understand where to focus your efforts in improvements and where to pay attention to existing operations. Also an understanding of your current maturity is very important when thinking about which systems can help you to develop further.

Hi, i am currently starting my degree and have this P3M3 to study. just for clarity, is the 5 levels by any chance CMM 5 levels (initial, repeatable, defined, capable & efficient). sorry if im being dim!
