Perhaps for the calendar page in your 2025 journal you can title it ‘Captain’s Log’ seeing as it is essentially a place for you to log the dates you read or finished your books 😅
You could call it "X Marks the Spot" since you will be marking when you finish a book. Or "Treasure Map" along the same vein. I love your reading journal and very excited to follow your future setups!
loved the colours of this set up !! and I also LOVE Renegades but I read the first one physically and it was ok but then the second on Audio and loved it! so I went back and listened to the first one and it totally changed the experience of the trilogy.
Awesome setup! Lord of the rings is my all time favourite fantasy trilogy! I have this routine of reading it once a year ever since I’ve read it the first time 20 odd years ago 😅
omg! That is a strong tradition. You could probably quote them word for word at this point! I watch the series every 2-3 years or so. We just finished them all again this year so I'm on a LOTR kick right now. Plus, I would love to have the special edition set on my shelves, but I feel like I need to read them first to justify the purchase.
@ Yeah i know the books almost by heart 😅 I know I sound like a weirdo 😅 the movies aren’t bad at all. When they first came out, I was 15 or so and being obsessed with the books, I had very strong, negative opinions about the movies. As I grew older I realised that the director did a pretty good job of such a demanding book.
I read Heartless by her earlier this year and was blown away. I’m enjoying renegades, but I’m wondering if I’ll like the Cress series more because it’s fairytales instead of super hero’s. I want to read them all!
@ yes! I read renegades and really enjoyed it. But heartless was so good! I ended up reading cinder (the first book in cress) for magical readathon because it’s her debut novel and her writing has definitely improved since then. The story is interesting but it reads younger than renegades. They just put the entire series on KU so I’ll be finishing it soon. She’s on my author backlist for 2025

Great idea... however, I already used that as my main book log title page.

Ooh! I like those ideas! Thank you!
I'm one of the new subscribers from the 2025 journal setup video. I am obsessed with how you made it! (I also see you in the Orilium discord so heyyy)
Hello fellow traveler! So glad you found your way here! What character do you play?🖤🫶🏼

I love The Princess Bride book and movie. Maybe you could name your new calendar ‘Dot marks the spot’ as a play on pirate terminology?
Ooh... I do love that movie but never read the book. I'll have to add that to my TBR.
You could call the 2025 calendar page Treasure Trove!
Ooh I like that! Treasure Trove sounds perfect! 🏴☠️🖤

I love your videos. Thank you for sharing xx
Happy to have you here!
Yay looking forward to this so much!! I finally also uploaded my long form reading journal set up video ☺️
woohoo! I'll check it out! 👏🏼
You could name the new spread in your 2025 journal as “X marks the spot”!
@ ooh! I like that idea! And I could mark an X over the date. 🏴☠️🫶🏼
@@BadAshxx I was thinking the same thing
I love your pages!
Awe thank you! I loved your journal as well.
Great spreads! I also love Marissa Meyers writing

@@geeahsimone5443 oh thats good to know!
I love your collaging style. Did you make the calendar page with all the boxes, the monthly one of did you get it somewhere?
I searched for "2025 Calendar" on Canva and chose one with a similar color to my aesthetic. There are so many choices on the free version.
