That's the best part for me: A character that is fun to play and not tied to a specific teammate. Can do well in one playstyle and can be pushed to extreme with a specific playstyle. When despite doing less "numbers", a character having so much versatility that can cause a discussion two weeks after release on ways to play, I think that is a good design in the long run.

Imo Changli is Kuro best character so far. She's flexible and versatile, fun to play as solo or team, her combos very stylish, good DMG, and she has good potential in the future updates. Her signature only boost her DMG by 10%, but in the positive side I think that makes her more f2p friendly compare to other limited characters. Jinhsi has the highest number but I don't want to play her solo. Her simple play style is fun, can be boring sometimes but it actually help me a lot when I'm so lazy 😂 Jiyan... Well, basically I play other character most of the time to fill his energy and only use him when his ult ready 😅
It's less that her signature isn't good, but that the standard 5* is great. Imagine if the broadblade had the same stats as the sword? I pulled Jinhsi's weapon because her broadblade options were trash.
I agree with this video, after pulling Changli I'm saying that her damage is subpar, then after a day of spamming her against Scar on Toa, I have concluded that I'm just not playing her optimally.
1 month ago I was freestyling with Encore and Yinlin swapcancels thinking " Daym, Yinlin feels so good to play. I wish they release something like her". I didn't like Jinshi much cuz I didn't get the same feeling like I get from Yinlin (also non mommy characters = autoskip). Then they release Changli. Instantly got her and her weapon. Currently sitting at 80\235 sol6. Now I just have to wait for someone to play Yinlin with while I'm freestyiling on Scar with Encore + Changli
Changli made me feel aware when I'm playing again since i gotten used to playing Jinshi. I main Calcharo back then so Changli made me goes back to the roots of "get gud" 😂
Some of these people complaining are just so used to button smashing and skill abuse that they forgot Changli is something else. You have to execute her skills at the right time and with the right conditions. After a week that I got her, i haven't felt this much adrenaline with using a character that so matches my kind of gameplay.
I am looking for certain theorycrafter to do Changli rotation. In the end I just adapt to my enemies, especially Scar in ToA. I hate how aggresive he is while have variety dodge timing, but dodge also mean free true sight for Changli. However I have to be careful ruining the timing to concerto swap from changli to encore because she can fill concerto too fast.

This is the word "adrenaline" I freaking love Changli cuz of it. You can't let your guard down but at the same time she's not as clunky as calcharo. Because of her play style the whole team feels dynamic.
I don't know much but the feeling I get when I play Changli is exactly the same when I play Danjin but less time on life support and I love it so much. I don't know why but these 2 seem to be born to just go with Verina and clear everything.
I like her mosty because of the gap closer. Im pretty sure she is literally the only character with gap close ability in the game right now without using intro skill. and to me, the ability to dash around the arena is always a plus, specially when most boss like to run around so much
The thing with her R1 isnt really that big of an issue for qol cuz its not required plus the window to get canceled is small i just hope when they do the genshin strat of make a problem and sell the solution to dupes it wont be as drastic as how genshin does it. This is me comparing it to something like neuvilite in genshin where he needs to not be interupted for 3 sec then another 3 after a half sec break.
She's really fun and has such a sick design. Honestly even if she healed the enemies I'd probably still use her. I'll probably save for whoever ends up being a good pairing character with her, just so I have an excuse to play her more.
Running changli with encore force me to learn quick swap and timing, shes so fun to play and make me actually paying attention not just unga bunga smashing buttons
Changli forced me to rely on quick swap combos that made me realized that I have the capability to execute it. Really, thanks to her I enjoyed playing WUWA more (+ HER TWO BIG PERSONALITIES).
No, those swap cancelling from last video wasn't for maximize damage output, it's something no one knows about because it's super sweaty and easy to result in a DPS loss instead of DPS gain. Those are not necessary to make Changli do good damage. Just regular swap cancelling is all you need. I know you want to push for your own videos, but there is no reason to misinform people into thinking those complicated combo is some sort of baseline to play Changli.
A thing I've been doing is using her E while having full stacks tho I hold the mouse button , so before she does the true sight, she does the forte, and i find it very good to get the stacks faster it also works with the NA
Yes! She has some moves that combo if you hold some buttons mid animation rather than pressing after. You can even stack basic attack skip twice using her heavy attack after B4, this can enable that quadruple phoenix tech
All the opinions on Changli sorta stems from her not having an optimal teammate, imo. A support that gives anti interruption buff or a sub dps that can build their concerto super quickly while also giving off field skill damage to changli would already make her incredibly strong and versatile. Currently two of the strongest dps in the game pretty much RELY on their subdps. Mortefi (for jiyan) fuels his ultimate and Yinlin/Yuanwu/or even mortefi (for jinhsi) fuel her forte. Whan that perfect subdps for changli comes out its going to be a game changer for her. I can only hope its a 4 star because currently a s6 mortefi and s6 yuanwu are kinda crazy for their respective teams.

Yinlin is lacking a good dps partner just like how Changli is missing a good dual dps partner. Calcharo and Encore are lacking compared to Jiyan and Jinhsi. Yinlin will shine a lot more in the next patch. Changli...will suffer in the meta for a bit. Don't know what 1.3 is bringing, but I'm not confident it's a fusion dps lol.

I would like it if more characters had Changli's design in terms of combat. Easy to use, at least I believe so, but difficult to master. She can obviously dish out high damage but it will be difficult to dish out damage on Jinshi's level with low skll level. However, if you pracice regularly, it will be doable. Kinda like Calcharo.
Right now she lacks 4 cost echo that works well with her. I been using 3 cost one, as with driver one she is squisy as you cant realy dodge at animation. Geohide Saurian is just simple to use and works similar to jinshi 4 cost echo.
I just want to shred everything with Changli, and solo runs is my way of playing meta build are a headache for me and when I play her, I never swap for anything and I saw a lot of play styles with Changli, but I haven't seen anyone use counter attacks that stun bosses and monsters
In principal yes, Meta is not the same thing that fun, because its an efficiency ladder. BUT ! Even if the fun is subjective, most of the time the fun is IN the Meta, it is not the Meta but its in. Why ? Because the none Meta things most of the time are malfunctioning, not polished, uninspired, etc ... And in the meta there are the most synergistic things (the thing for me that bring the most fun) and the well done kit characters (I dont speak about numbers) and all those things mixed become efficient and define the Meta (or a part of it). Many ppl tend to think that meta is a tyrant that tell you to play in a way or an other, but there are many interesting things to learn and do from it that can upgrade your gameplay and pleasure from it. The meta is not created by players (theorycrafters) but discover by them because devs created the meta that are the rules of the game, the way that they want you play their game. After that if you are the type of player that want to play the game with gameplay from an other game but the game is not design for it, you will not take any pleasure (like ppl that want absolutely juggle everything, if not its almost a "bad game" for them).
I told ppl they are used to jinhsi who does a lot of dmg with 0 effort and no time on the battlefield that they cant play changli cuz of the skill issue and they said u need a lot of skill to know when to use the skill, like its not just button smashing till the end of the combo... Must be hard for the bots to realize.

I'm worried about Changli. She has a short life expectancy because of the damage she caused herself as a child, she speaks of Rover being the closest answer to immortality. She has strong phoenix motifs. Rover needs a way to acquire Fusion at some point. I kinda worry she is going to sacrifice/save herself eventually to become an Echo/Sentinel of Rover's and truly take the form of a phoenix, giving Rover her Flame Manipulation and leave Rover with her dreams of a prosperous world. I have a feeling she would be perfectly happy to stay by Rover's side in frequency only, even if its possible she would no longer really be herself.
@@Cupitron She doesn't hurt herself anymore but her master said the damage already done can not be undone and she is doomed to have a shorter lifespan because of it. Its why he urged her to learn strategy and wit to get by and not rely on brute force until she matured and could control it better so she wouldn't do any further damage.
Kuro just kills off a large number of characters in the latest episode of PGR. So rest assured, Wuwa will definitely see a tragic character death, just not sure if it will happen to changli

Yinlin just fully waste/use her skills and goes out but changli prospers on quick swaps. Idk if that's going to change once a new fusion DPS comes out but right now that's where she excels

Changli is a consistent damage dealer like Jiyan and Clorinde for example. They do lots of numbers consistently and quickly due to the amount of hits they pull off. Where as Jihnsi, Eula and Navia for example are nukes meaning they rely on 1 instances of crit to do stupid high damage. If they dont crit or miss their attack they will often be a dps loss. Thats why i prefer consistant dps units vs nukes most of the time. I dont have to worth if my attack crit or not. The other issue we have is that we have 1 Verina. Thats it. Making it very troublesome how many teams want HER most of the time. We need more verina type units. Healer + sub dps or buffer + shielder or buffer. Since verina is a sub dps + healer + buffer someone like baizhu who's a healer + buffer + interuption resist would greatly appreciated. Preferably a havoc type Baizhu. Right now the devs KEEP pushing out nonstop dps units instead of giving us support ones. Its annoying..
Both Navia and Changli are more of "burst" damage dealers , unlike someone Alhaitham, Neuvillette , Cyno ... Who take long onfield time .. Navia and Changli can do their nukes and swap out , ofc you can keep them on field longer, but in Changli's case , you're better swapping to your other DPS instead to deal much more damage instead of using her weak basic attacks Changli is alsopretty fast at building her outro : intro ,forte , liberation, forte , double skill with TS is usually enough to fill her concerto so she is made to work with other fusion/quickswap dps
For the Changli vs Jinhsi debate, i have a feeling that Changli will last longer due to her outtro, Jinhsi as many other main dps will get powercrept faster than Changli with her 20% resonance liberation dmg amp and 20% Fusion dmg amp
Jinshi can do 280k every 12 seconds, with just yuanwu and Baizhi or verina, there is no way to power creep her , there will be main dps characters who are similar, but she will stay relevant for a very long time.
So, do you like her? I pulled for her, and she seems okay. I don't have her built enough to really know how well she does yet. Regarding, "High Skill" characters, I like to refer to them as unreliable characters. The reason I say this is because it's more than just skill. It means the character can't tolerate every fight condition. You have to keep making attempt after attempt until both you AND the boss/mobs sync up. What I mean is that you not only have to play flawlessly, but you also have to get lucky on the RNG of the fight. If anything goes wrong, the "high skill" character goes out the window. So I am a little worried about that going forward. I'm hoping her baseline damage for a face-roller is still reasonable, and that we don't need perfect swapping just to make her viable.
It's far from waiting for the fights to sync, and more like learning how to react to each possible scenario, if you cannot gain TS from the BA chain because of a dodge, well that just made the whole process faster, or when you swap to parry an attack in a thight spot, but that char had full concerto and also speeds up the stacks, it isn't some kind of song where you'll only do good if you can get in sync with your instrument, rather than a choreography it's a freestyle battle, you now the enemy moves as well as yours, thinking what would fit the best after each move is the real skill of the fight.
To be fair changli don't need super high skills to play. I just finished all holograms with her on mobile. Obviously you have to know some basics oh building forte. But overall it's not so bad. Love her overall. So satisfying sound and skills.

And iam preaty sure it's by a high amount. Also it's kinda foolish to look at units seperately. Changli quick swap team with encore is OP... I did level 6 Heron with changli quick swap in like 1min 12sec. And with correct rotation I could probably do it in under 1 min easy, especially when I level my encore to 90...

Difficult to justify pulling the character because we have no place to put her that needs/wants her. She's a quickswap burst subdps which where do we even put... if she had coord attacks off-field she would fit in the current roster. Buffing Chixia or Encore slightly is not great value kit wise, so Changli just has no synergy that makes immediate sense with any character at all rn pretty much and as on field dps she has no one to support her like Jiyan with Mortefi or Jinhsi with Yuanwu. Next patch roster doesn't help her too. She is purely a character you pull because you like rn and her value is not obvious like Yinlin's was.
@@Sonny-sc2fc It would certainly but a small 20% skill buff is all she gets. Zhezhi also can't use Changli's buff cause her coord attacks count as normal attack damage. With Jinhsi Zhezhi- Jinhsi gets stacks on Forte. With Yinlin Xiangli Yao, Xiangli Yao can use both the electro buff and the resonance liberation buff Yinlin gives. So, its not all synergistic of a pairing.
@@vixenrana5507 zhezhi is indeed much better with jinhsi but the 20 percent skill deepen is still really good for changli. Its not a damage bonus it 1.2x the damage after all other calculations
All these complains just because changli got handicapped on her release lol. Imagine not having her best teams and echo yet. Also she's something else if you played her quite sometime. She feels really strong for some reason.
The main problem I see is Kuro first drop the strongest "2 button" char that deals the biggest numbers in the game right before Changli, which, *to be on par* , needs DMC skills from player. This on contrast just ruins the desire to pull for her I still hope Kuro will do such skill based chars in future, not only Jiyan's Ult - left click combo😂

I really hate when devs make playability tied to dupes. It’s garbage design plain and simple. It isn’t a big deal in PGR because they might put something at SS but everyone can get SS for any S rank over time, just from playing the game. In a game like WuWa, however, it’s purely a cash grab and they’re giving you a sub par product on purpose. I hope they don’t keep doing this because locking playability or team build options behind dupes makes me stop spending or stop playing. I want something fun if I’m buying dupes - not feeling coerced to get dupes because they didn’t include the whole kit from the start. And I love “hand multiplier” lol
Changlis biggest problem is her crit rate and her weapon. Realisticly echoes can give her around 65% crit rate (75% with perfect echo sub stats, but that's not going to happen). The thing is she mostly does damage in single instances if big hits and with 65% crit rate, she will mostly crit every other hit. All this makes her damage inconsitent. On the other hand a standard 5 star weapon will give her all the missing crit she needs. Her signature gives her 56% more skill damage and 44,3% crit damge on lvl 80 (but she doesn't crit), the standard weapon gives her ralisticly 100% damage increase with a cosistent crit. I'm considering reverting her to standard banner 5 star sword with crit rate main stat, but then why did I buy her weapon in the first place. Looks like Changli's kit is S2 bait. It's a bit dissapointing.
ur forgetting to factor in the 5% crit rate base that all characters have, and then her forte skill tree gives her an extra 8% cr. including the 65% from echoes, she’ll be around 78% crit rate which isn’t bad at all
Yet sig weapon is still 10-12% more dmg, harder to build doesn't mean is worse, it's the same as going 44111 until you finally farm good elite ecos, being easier to build early on doesn't remove the fact that 43311 is still better.
Most thing I hate about ChangLi is the echo, specifically Inferno Rider. Not only does it take too long which kinda takes away the quick swap play style of ChangLi, if you hold the echo button for a split second longer, it will go into bike mode right in the middle of the fight.
I've been hearing alot of people saying this but you can actually swap after the 2nd hit, which will cancel the 3rd hit animation and you'll still get the buff. This takes around 1.8 seconds to do which is not very long, and also it does 808% dmg, that's almost the same multiplier as a liberation move. I have literally never gone into bike mode ever in combat, but i can see how it could happen.. maybe you're mashing the echo key so the game doesn't register you letting go resulting in a 'hold' press or you have a laggy pc/device. Usually that misinput can be fixed by making sure you let go the key.

She was an easy skip for me cause i got S1 Jinhsi. But then i played her in évent and enjoyed her sooooooo much !! And about her performances, i suck and don t get nothing about how those Games work. But i paired her with Jinhsi and Verina and i could push further with hologrammes and tower. It was better than with Yuanwu. And there is no Real synergie in this team... So absolut non regret at all

I dont see why Changli is not considered a "good dps" just because she is a hard to use... numbers wise also I dont see the point... I have seem S6RX Jinzhi doing 800k - 1Mill DPS using Liberation+Forte combo, I have S6R1 Changli and I can do 1mill Dps with a Forte-Liberation-Forte Combo, with Jinshi is way easier to pull that number but again that doesn't mean Changli is that far away to be categorized as subdps/support for future characters just because of her outro... hybrid characters exist they can do both things well... Personally her gameplay is super rewarding and fun I also have Jiyan and got bored instantly Im literally doing nothing just pressing click he is like auto battling during his liberation and outside his liberation is meh.

good thing i got changli to s1 pull but the cost was it takes 100 pull to get her since i lost 50/50 first.
Some of these people complaining are just so used to button smashing and skill abuse that they forgot Changli is something else. You have to execute her skills at the right time and with the right conditions. After a week that I got her, i haven't felt this much adrenaline with using a character that so matches my kind of gameplay.
I am looking for certain theorycrafter to do Changli rotation. In the end I just adapt to my enemies, especially Scar in ToA. I hate how aggresive he is while have variety dodge timing, but dodge also mean free true sight for Changli. However I have to be careful ruining the timing to concerto swap from changli to encore because she can fill concerto too fast.

I like her mosty because of the gap closer. Im pretty sure she is literally the only character with gap close ability in the game right now without using intro skill. and to me, the ability to dash around the arena is always a plus, specially when most boss like to run around so much

The thing with her R1 isnt really that big of an issue for qol cuz its not required plus the window to get canceled is small i just hope when they do the genshin strat of make a problem and sell the solution to dupes it wont be as drastic as how genshin does it. This is me comparing it to something like neuvilite in genshin where he needs to not be interupted for 3 sec then another 3 after a half sec break.

Changli forced me to rely on quick swap combos that made me realized that I have the capability to execute it. Really, thanks to her I enjoyed playing WUWA more (+ HER TWO BIG PERSONALITIES).

No, those swap cancelling from last video wasn't for maximize damage output, it's something no one knows about because it's super sweaty and easy to result in a DPS loss instead of DPS gain.
Those are not necessary to make Changli do good damage. Just regular swap cancelling is all you need. I know you want to push for your own videos, but there is no reason to misinform people into thinking those complicated combo is some sort of baseline to play Changli.

A thing I've been doing is using her E while having full stacks tho I hold the mouse button , so before she does the true sight, she does the forte, and i find it very good to get the stacks faster it also works with the NA
Yes! She has some moves that combo if you hold some buttons mid animation rather than pressing after.
You can even stack basic attack skip twice using her heavy attack after B4, this can enable that quadruple phoenix tech
All the opinions on Changli sorta stems from her not having an optimal teammate, imo. A support that gives anti interruption buff or a sub dps that can build their concerto super quickly while also giving off field skill damage to changli would already make her incredibly strong and versatile. Currently two of the strongest dps in the game pretty much RELY on their subdps. Mortefi (for jiyan) fuels his ultimate and Yinlin/Yuanwu/or even mortefi (for jinhsi) fuel her forte. Whan that perfect subdps for changli comes out its going to be a game changer for her. I can only hope its a 4 star because currently a s6 mortefi and s6 yuanwu are kinda crazy for their respective teams.

Yinlin is lacking a good dps partner just like how Changli is missing a good dual dps partner. Calcharo and Encore are lacking compared to Jiyan and Jinhsi. Yinlin will shine a lot more in the next patch. Changli...will suffer in the meta for a bit. Don't know what 1.3 is bringing, but I'm not confident it's a fusion dps lol.

I would like it if more characters had Changli's design in terms of combat. Easy to use, at least I believe so, but difficult to master. She can obviously dish out high damage but it will be difficult to dish out damage on Jinshi's level with low skll level. However, if you pracice regularly, it will be doable. Kinda like Calcharo.
Right now she lacks 4 cost echo that works well with her. I been using 3 cost one, as with driver one she is squisy as you cant realy dodge at animation.
Geohide Saurian is just simple to use and works similar to jinshi 4 cost echo.

BUT ! Even if the fun is subjective, most of the time the fun is IN the Meta, it is not the Meta but its in. Why ?
Because the none Meta things most of the time are malfunctioning, not polished, uninspired, etc ... And in the meta there are the most synergistic things (the thing for me that bring the most fun) and the well done kit characters (I dont speak about numbers) and all those things mixed become efficient and define the Meta (or a part of it).
Many ppl tend to think that meta is a tyrant that tell you to play in a way or an other, but there are many interesting things to learn and do from it that can upgrade your gameplay and pleasure from it.
The meta is not created by players (theorycrafters) but discover by them because devs created the meta that are the rules of the game, the way that they want you play their game.
After that if you are the type of player that want to play the game with gameplay from an other game but the game is not design for it, you will not take any pleasure (like ppl that want absolutely juggle everything, if not its almost a "bad game" for them).
I told ppl they are used to jinhsi who does a lot of dmg with 0 effort and no time on the battlefield that they cant play changli cuz of the skill issue and they said u need a lot of skill to know when to use the skill, like its not just button smashing till the end of the combo... Must be hard for the bots to realize.

I'm worried about Changli. She has a short life expectancy because of the damage she caused herself as a child, she speaks of Rover being the closest answer to immortality. She has strong phoenix motifs. Rover needs a way to acquire Fusion at some point. I kinda worry she is going to sacrifice/save herself eventually to become an Echo/Sentinel of Rover's and truly take the form of a phoenix, giving Rover her Flame Manipulation and leave Rover with her dreams of a prosperous world.
I have a feeling she would be perfectly happy to stay by Rover's side in frequency only, even if its possible she would no longer really be herself.

Changli is a consistent damage dealer like Jiyan and Clorinde for example. They do lots of numbers consistently and quickly due to the amount of hits they pull off. Where as Jihnsi, Eula and Navia for example are nukes meaning they rely on 1 instances of crit to do stupid high damage. If they dont crit or miss their attack they will often be a dps loss.
Thats why i prefer consistant dps units vs nukes most of the time. I dont have to worth if my attack crit or not.
The other issue we have is that we have 1 Verina. Thats it. Making it very troublesome how many teams want HER most of the time. We need more verina type units.
Healer + sub dps or buffer + shielder or buffer. Since verina is a sub dps + healer + buffer someone like baizhu who's a healer + buffer + interuption resist would greatly appreciated. Preferably a havoc type Baizhu.
Right now the devs KEEP pushing out nonstop dps units instead of giving us support ones. Its annoying..
Both Navia and Changli are more of "burst" damage dealers , unlike someone Alhaitham, Neuvillette , Cyno ... Who take long onfield time .. Navia and Changli can do their nukes and swap out , ofc you can keep them on field longer, but in Changli's case , you're better swapping to your other DPS instead to deal much more damage instead of using her weak basic attacks
Changli is alsopretty fast at building her outro : intro ,forte , liberation, forte , double skill with TS is usually enough to fill her concerto so she is made to work with other fusion/quickswap dps

For the Changli vs Jinhsi debate, i have a feeling that Changli will last longer due to her outtro, Jinhsi as many other main dps will get powercrept faster than Changli with her 20% resonance liberation dmg amp and 20% Fusion dmg amp
Jinshi can do 280k every 12 seconds, with just yuanwu and Baizhi or verina, there is no way to power creep her , there will be main dps characters who are similar, but she will stay relevant for a very long time.

So, do you like her? I pulled for her, and she seems okay. I don't have her built enough to really know how well she does yet. Regarding, "High Skill" characters, I like to refer to them as unreliable characters. The reason I say this is because it's more than just skill. It means the character can't tolerate every fight condition. You have to keep making attempt after attempt until both you AND the boss/mobs sync up. What I mean is that you not only have to play flawlessly, but you also have to get lucky on the RNG of the fight. If anything goes wrong, the "high skill" character goes out the window. So I am a little worried about that going forward. I'm hoping her baseline damage for a face-roller is still reasonable, and that we don't need perfect swapping just to make her viable.
It's far from waiting for the fights to sync, and more like learning how to react to each possible scenario, if you cannot gain TS from the BA chain because of a dodge, well that just made the whole process faster, or when you swap to parry an attack in a thight spot, but that char had full concerto and also speeds up the stacks, it isn't some kind of song where you'll only do good if you can get in sync with your instrument, rather than a choreography it's a freestyle battle, you now the enemy moves as well as yours, thinking what would fit the best after each move is the real skill of the fight.
To be fair changli don't need super high skills to play. I just finished all holograms with her on mobile. Obviously you have to know some basics oh building forte. But overall it's not so bad. Love her overall. So satisfying sound and skills.

Changli definitely has more dps than danjin... Danjin is good, but she is still a 4 star. Even S6 danjin probably do less dmg than S0 changli. And iam preaty sure it's by a high amount. Also it's kinda foolish to look at units seperately. Changli quick swap team with encore is OP... I did level 6 Heron with changli quick swap in like 1min 12sec. And with correct rotation I could probably do it in under 1 min easy, especially when I level my encore to 90...

Difficult to justify pulling the character because we have no place to put her that needs/wants her. She's a quickswap burst subdps which where do we even put... if she had coord attacks off-field she would fit in the current roster. Buffing Chixia or Encore slightly is not great value kit wise, so Changli just has no synergy that makes immediate sense with any character at all rn pretty much and as on field dps she has no one to support her like Jiyan with Mortefi or Jinhsi with Yuanwu. Next patch roster doesn't help her too. She is purely a character you pull because you like rn and her value is not obvious like Yinlin's was.
Zhezhi has skill amplifier on her outro. That would be good for changli no?
@@Sonny-sc2fc It would certainly but a small 20% skill buff is all she gets. Zhezhi also can't use Changli's buff cause her coord attacks count as normal attack damage. With Jinhsi Zhezhi- Jinhsi gets stacks on Forte. With Yinlin Xiangli Yao, Xiangli Yao can use both the electro buff and the resonance liberation buff Yinlin gives. So, its not all synergistic of a pairing.
@@vixenrana5507 zhezhi is indeed much better with jinhsi but the 20 percent skill deepen is still really good for changli. Its not a damage bonus it 1.2x the damage after all other calculations

The main problem I see is Kuro first drop the strongest "2 button" char that deals the biggest numbers in the game right before Changli, which, *to be on par* , needs DMC skills from player. This on contrast just ruins the desire to pull for her

I really hate when devs make playability tied to dupes. It’s garbage design plain and simple. It isn’t a big deal in PGR because they might put something at SS but everyone can get SS for any S rank over time, just from playing the game. In a game like WuWa, however, it’s purely a cash grab and they’re giving you a sub par product on purpose.
I hope they don’t keep doing this because locking playability or team build options behind dupes makes me stop spending or stop playing. I want something fun if I’m buying dupes - not feeling coerced to get dupes because they didn’t include the whole kit from the start.

Changlis biggest problem is her crit rate and her weapon. Realisticly echoes can give her around 65% crit rate (75% with perfect echo sub stats, but that's not going to happen). The thing is she mostly does damage in single instances if big hits and with 65% crit rate, she will mostly crit every other hit. All this makes her damage inconsitent. On the other hand a standard 5 star weapon will give her all the missing crit she needs. Her signature gives her 56% more skill damage and 44,3% crit damge on lvl 80 (but she doesn't crit), the standard weapon gives her ralisticly 100% damage increase with a cosistent crit. I'm considering reverting her to standard banner 5 star sword with crit rate main stat, but then why did I buy her weapon in the first place. Looks like Changli's kit is S2 bait. It's a bit dissapointing.
ur forgetting to factor in the 5% crit rate base that all characters have, and then her forte skill tree gives her an extra 8% cr. including the 65% from echoes, she’ll be around 78% crit rate which isn’t bad at all

Yet sig weapon is still 10-12% more dmg, harder to build doesn't mean is worse, it's the same as going 44111 until you finally farm good elite ecos, being easier to build early on doesn't remove the fact that 43311 is still better.

Most thing I hate about ChangLi is the echo, specifically Inferno Rider. Not only does it take too long which kinda takes away the quick swap play style of ChangLi, if you hold the echo button for a split second longer, it will go into bike mode right in the middle of the fight.
Switch to Heron or fire lizard on main slot. Problem solved.
I've been hearing alot of people saying this but you can actually swap after the 2nd hit, which will cancel the 3rd hit animation and you'll still get the buff. This takes around 1.8 seconds to do which is not very long, and also it does 808% dmg, that's almost the same multiplier as a liberation move. I have literally never gone into bike mode ever in combat, but i can see how it could happen.. maybe you're mashing the echo key so the game doesn't register you letting go resulting in a 'hold' press or you have a laggy pc/device. Usually that misinput can be fixed by making sure you let go the key.

I dont see why Changli is not considered a "good dps" just because she is a hard to use... numbers wise also I dont see the point... I have seem S6RX Jinzhi doing 800k - 1Mill DPS using Liberation+Forte combo, I have S6R1 Changli and I can do 1mill Dps with a Forte-Liberation-Forte Combo, with Jinshi is way easier to pull that number but again that doesn't mean Changli is that far away to be categorized as subdps/support for future characters just because of her outro... hybrid characters exist they can do both things well... Personally her gameplay is super rewarding and fun I also have Jiyan and got bored instantly Im literally doing nothing just pressing click he is like auto battling during his liberation and outside his liberation is meh.
