Final days of Toys R Us in Clarksville Indiana: 1990-2018

The sign on the door said "1 day" remaining. I went in there to see the store from the inside one last time. I wanted to give you a tour of this store because this one opened up in 1990 when this River Falls Mall was built and is the only business operating uninterrupted in it's original location since the enclosed mall opened to the public.
It was 2006 when this River Falls Mall became an outdoor mall and Bass Pro Shop took over a major section of the mall and replaced River Fair. River Fair was a food court, a Playland, and also an awesome arcade in the River Falls Mall. I remember in the spring of 2003 the River Falls Mall still had a lot of arcade games.
Luckily I bought some store shelving from this Toys R Us store so I have a piece of the store with me in my house. I even have a Toys R Us shopping cart from this store that I bought last week on June 20th 2018. The shelving that I bought could have possibly held Sega Genesis, or Super Nintendo, or even TurboGrafx-16 game systems or accessories on it since that's the time period when this store began operating.
I remember getting Commando for my Mattel Electronics Intellivision game system in either the summer or the fall of 1990 at this Toys R Us store in the River Falls Mall in Clarksville Indiana. Lots of good memories we're here in the 1990's as a kid and teenager.
This Toys R Us store will be remembered and told about for years into the future because it lasted from 1990 until 2018. Almost exactly 28 years from the time the mall opened.

Hey I just now saw your channel and thanks for filming this brings back memories I used to work at that toys r us in the mid 90s when I was a teen was a fun place most of the time I miss the river falls mall pretty sad wish I could time travel hope you see this
