I can relate to this one.. because last December I also suffered a mini stroke myself and now I'm in a health care facility that takes very good care of me and I'm very grateful that it wasn't worse because I can move some.. I've made extreme improvements since my mini stroke.. praise God 🙌🙏!

It's so amazing how The Creator works. I woke up two days in a row with my grandmothers on my mind. How their prayers covered me. Then today 7/18/24 I came across this beautiful movie.

Beautiful movie I came across tonight just scrolling titles. The intro captured me… looks like Fl… that looks like Sanford, that looks like the marsh off 46 towards Geneva, that looks like Moss lake, that’s the Riverwalk Lake Monroe… yep, I grew up in Deland and and all through this area. Nice to see the support locally. We are so lucky here in Florida to have some really beautiful history. And I really was touched by the relationship with Jo and Maude. I so wish society would see people over color, this movie captures the love and respect these two women had together, beautiful friendship…

How do you know if we go straight to heaven? I don't know about that my family and preacher always told me when you pass away you either go to hell or heaven but my thoughts on that are different.

Bible clearly says that Believers who believe in the Cross... "Absent of the Body present with the Lord". And yes those who reject the Cross go to Hell. 😢

The separation of body and soul is the most unnatural thing that can be imagined. We, like Jesus, will be raised to life in glorified bodies. And God will redeem the entire Creation.
The Bible doesn't teach that humans become angels after death. Instead, it emphasizes that humans are created beings made in God's image and likeness, and lower in rank than angels. The Bible describes angels as a different species of God's creation, created to worship and serve as God's messengers.
Maybe not lower in rank, just a different being

Absence from the body means being present with the Lord only if you’ve accepted, Jesus Christ is your Lord and savior. He is the way there is no other way to God to heaven only through Jesus.

Matthew 4:11 And when the devil left Him(Jesus), God sent angels to minister unto Him.
Luke 22:43 And there appeared to Him, (Jesus) an angel from heaven. I think as humans, as we are, we find comfort that God is with us always. When we lose loved ones, God brings comfort to us with the spirit of those we have treasured. A memory of beautiful times with them, the rememberence of a hug, a laugh, tears of joy shared with one another. You actually can feel their presence and that is why, I believe people say my loved one is watching over me. God bless all.

Yes, when people pass they may have been human beings and not typically what we think of as angels but I believe that they watch over their family members as guiding spirits ,as our personal spirit guides, to help us from Heaven to remind us that we are still loved by them and they will always be around us,thanks be to God and Praise Jesus Christ 🙏💯❤️😊

Jesus said to the repentant thief..."Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise." He was affirming that the thief on the cross would be with him that day in heaven.
The only thing that I like about this movie is the amazing friendship with those two beautiful ladies, and beautiful they are.
But I have to say that the movie is an abomination to the Lord Jesus, when people die the people that are sons and daughters of the Lord Jesus they go to rest till the Lord call their names , and then when the Trumpet sounds the dead in Christ will come out and be reunited in the clouds with the Lord Jesus then the sons and daughters that still alive will be reunited with Jesus in the clouds as well. People that die don't become angels the people that did not accept it the Lord that were not obedient to Him the ones that not Comply with the Scripture in ACT 2:38 will never see Jesus they will go to hell forever and ever.

Yeah well maybe people can't be angels but it's not bad that we think our loved ones that pass away are somewhere watching over us. It's our need to keep them in our hearts an minds, probably not theirs, but keeping our memories of them alive is good for their souls too, isn't it? When a soul that passes has had a good impact on people, isn't that good?
Also I can't even begin to imagine what it's like to have your spouce take his or her life. Especially to be the one to find them, and in your own home. How can you put that behind?

Good movie
A few biblically unsound beliefs in here. Like encouraging one to talk to the dead ex and believing that humans are angels watching over us. Which is actually not in line with the word itself. That and his mates grandma talking like he was a piece of candy to eat. If those parts were taken out wouldn't be to bad a movie.
A very dear story on many levels, but it makes me sad that this lie (about people becoming angels when they die) keeps being proliferated. It's really important to know the truth about these things, so please read your Bibles and know the Word. God's made so many things very clear, so don't settle for anything less than what it says in there about angels and about people.And most importantly about who God is (His character and nature)and what He's done for us. Don't settle for learning about Him second hand; read it for yourself.
