As envisioned by HM the K5, food grain independence should be our 1st priority.
In this regard we have to understand that main cause of farm lands going fallow in the rural areas is due to crop destruction by the wild animals and the half- hearted measure taken by the government departments.
They say, in USA criminals gets the best treatment from the law enforcement, and the worst treatment is reserved for the innocent victims.
So time has come to adress the inconvenient question.
