Hello Sir, my husband had an ankle sprained due of basketball, three months ago. The issue for him is that, he has a poor dorsiflexion and plantarflexion he doesn't really know what to do, because he thought himself, why he can't do plantar and dorsiflexion is because he has all ligaments injured, aitfl, ptfl, cfl i think 4 ligaments was damaged, so in case of him could you tell me if he can be able to do dorsi and plantarflexion in his case? because if he do that he can always feel pain on the injured area. what to do sir? thanks for your response! have a good day sir
