Stacey needs to do a lot more of the voice overs. She sounds like a Disney princess. Her voice is so easy to listen to. Thanks for all the great content.
I love it when Stacey finds her vintage ornaments! Those plaid ones were precious! Love the tree charm idea. Update us when you finish making it! Another person mentioned punching holes between the charms and put lights. I think that would be awesome too! Either way, I'd loved to see Stacey's craft projects!
Stacey...you are a beautiful young lady! Always smiling and have a gentle calming voice! Travis is a lucky man!! Enjoyed the yard slaes. Yes, a Christmas tree out of old jewelry looks so awesome. Thanks for sharing!!
The lady was right about the Steuben Glass. They made beautiful things!! Corning, New York. They should be worth some $$. I haven't looked it up in awhile. Went to the factory and watched the glassblowers a few times years ago. Fascinating to see them work! Love the handmade tree skirt! I know a woman who makes framed pictures from costume jewelry. They are beautiful! You will have fun finding pieces and making them.
I live less than an hour from Corning glass co. And I have gone there many times and watched them blow glass. I won a one of a kind vase they made in the group I was with and it’s sort $150. They’re glass is expensive but top of the line glass
Many years ago, my mom made a few of the jewelled Christmas trees that Stacey was thinking of making. She used all kinds of rhinestone jewelry (which was wayyyyyy easier to find at garage sales back in the day). Sparkling and festive (because my dad punched mini lights through the velvet backing), it proudly hangs in our home every Christmas. It’s on black velvet and is framed in a gold wooden frame. Go for it, Stacey!
I buy ashtrays to sell and they do sell. I don’t smoke, but ashtrays are like retro artifacts. I remember the smoking sections on airplanes, in restaurants and in buildings.
Hi Travis and Stacey loved the way you both started your video off and putting your names that was a nice touch the mermaid wall plaque was lovely loads of lovely Christmas ornaments the frosty snowman was sweet all those old christmas baubles were lovely l loved the small baubles and the poinsettia lights they must be old what a good idea to use egg boxes for storage for your baubles never thought of that l use a tub for ours what a lovely handmade christmas tree skirt 😊
Hi Karen and Michael! That was such a fun sale, she had so many beautiful Christmas decorations! Her mom had great taste! I agree, it's such a good idea to use the egg cartons for ornament storage!
I was so surprised to see your video. Thank you. On a cold Sunday here in Wyoming with snowing and blowing and Temps in the single digits. I didn't want to get out of the house so I set my morning on making homemade banana chocolate chop bread. After 4 loaves I decided to utilize the carrots in the refrigerator and made a couple of homemade carrot cakes. Took a break while the cake was cooling and came across your video! I was so happy. My husband goes with me and we hit estate sales and garage sales in the summer. I'm missing doing that.
Hi Janet 😀 Thank you so much for watching, we're so glad you enjoyed the video! Your banana chocolate chip bread and carrot cakes sound AMAZING! What a delicious treat to enjoy on a chilly day 😋 I'm sending you some warmth and sunshine from Florida ☀️☀️☀️ The summer will be here again before you know it! ❤️
I'm envious of your weather! My hubby and I braved our weather in Nebraska it was -10 today and we hit 1 estate sale. I did score a new Tory Burch purse so I was very glad we ventured out into the cold. LOL! Love the video! Great finds today!
I was just saying to myself last couple of weeks that I wanted to collect Christmas brooches and other rhinestone brooches or clip on earrings to make one of those framed trees for myself.
Hi Phyllis 😀 Yes, they were very nice! That's so cool, what does your corning glass look like? I thought using the egg cartons was a great idea too! Smart to use something you already have instead of buying an ornament container for sure!
Hi Stephanie! Yep, we thought the same thing. We hadn't been to a sale run by that company before so we took a chance even though it was an hour away 😅 We probably wouldn't go to one of their sales again unless it was on the last day.
What's, "A little far away. " to you guys? Just curious. I'm always debating that question with yard sales and estate sales. Obviously, if you load up, then it's worth the drive. If you come away with nothing, then thst 30-45 min drive really sucks.
Hey! We do drive 30 minutes to some garage sales in our area, but this estate sale was a little over an hour away. That was pushing it a bit for us because we hadn't been to an estate sale run by this company before. We weren't sure how the prices would be. If it had been run by a company we knew and liked then we would wouldn't have been on the fence about driving that far. We decided to go to this one because there weren't many other garage sales happening that day. It was a far drive but it was still fun to look! 😊
Hey there! I (Stacey) tried wearing the camera once and it made me feel very anxious, so I appreciate that Travis wears it for us 💜 I try to show the camera whatever I'm interested in to share my perspective. I might try wearing it again one day tho!

People always made fun of my voice growing up so that is very nice of you to say 💜 Thank you! 😊
I agree with this person! Stacey sounds adorable and has an awesome personality (from what I've seen on videos for the past few years!)

I like watching the two of you together. You’re very unique and make a great couple. You’re very encouraging of one another.
I’m glad you guys caption what you’re saying to each other. You talk pretty low amongst yourselves. Love your videos!!

Pretty tree skirt! Watching you with your short sleeves and bkue skies while we're getting up to 8" of ❄️❄️❄️
I loved the pointessa Xmas lights, I also have Corning glass, since I was 10 and I'm now 60, I never thought of using the egg cartons for ornaments
Hi Phyllis 😀 Yes, they were very nice! That's so cool, what does your corning glass look like? I thought using the egg cartons was a great idea too! Smart to use something you already have instead of buying an ornament container for sure!

I am collecting Christmas brooches and rhinestone brooches to make the frames like you mentioned. They are so beautiful!👍😍
When you walked in to that estate sale and the tables were completely loaded, I thought...yep, they've priced everything high. 😕
Hi Stephanie! Yep, we thought the same thing. We hadn't been to a sale run by that company before so we took a chance even though it was an hour away 😅 We probably wouldn't go to one of their sales again unless it was on the last day.
@floridapickers876 and closer! 🤪
You did fine some great items . I love watching your videos. Best wishes from helen in England xxx
Hi Helen! Thank you so much for watching 💜 We hope you're having a good day!
14:46 you missed some $$ on the table in the white tube-like containers "Lille Gilde-glas and Gilde glas
The ashtray is beautiful regardless who it is made by. Someone will love it!
We think so too, the flower design is really lovely!
You need to put foam around your mics.. You found fabulous ornaments. You are so fun to watch ! !
Thank you, Lesly! We didn't have mics when we filmed this video but we do now! So hopefully the audio will be much better in upcoming videos 💜
“Stew-Ben” not bin. It’s the county Corning, NY is in.
Thank you for letting us know, Joey!
cold out there. wind, hard to find yard sale, right.
Yes, it was a cold and windy day and there weren't a lot of sales happening.
