    You have an XPA-3 (275w) for mains and center, then a BasX A300 (150w) for surround and a BasX A500 (80W) for atmos. Video is a mess 03:59 :X , nice setup though.

    I wish Emotiva made some high-end class-D amps. You guys should review the Starke AD4.320.

      I have yet to review those Stark amps I heard they are bad ass amps. We will reach out to them and see if they could review them. Cheers!

    I have xpa 5 it's awesome, really heavy heavy Power supply, clean. It is 200 watts every cphannel, of the five, into 8 ohms, 300 watts to 4 ohms,. If you think this is an 80w amp you have just lost me, either your being paid or ignorant.

      We messed up the editing pretty bad and realized this too late. Check the pinned comment for the correct models.

    How do you pair the amps together? Rca y splitter? I have the emotiva ta 100 and A 300. Can i use a rca y splitter so i can run 2 sets of tower speakers if i get a second a 300 amp?

    • @Emperor36
      @Emperor36 3 года назад

      You could pair amps together and run them parallel to one speaker. If you buy another A300 I would split the L/R with the other A300 and run the High and Low to each speaker. Hope that answers your question.

      @@Emperor36 yes thanks. Will the signal degrade using an rca y splitter? Is there a device specific for this?

    • @Emperor36
      @Emperor36 3 года назад

      @@OldTerrible no the signal wont degrade at all as long as you have good RCA connectors. Just make sure you balance the source output to your speakers when calibrating from the receiver.

    "If you're only driving 80 watts through your receiver you're not really getting the full 80 watts because then again, you know, the plug through your AC outlet is only producing 15 amps." Does your AC outlet only put out 5 volts or something, cuz 15 amps is more than enough to supply 80 watts of power. In fact, 15 amps should easily supply more than 1.6 kilowatts of power, so maybe that's not a contributing factor to amplifier efficiency or "throughput".

    • @Emperor36
      @Emperor36 3 года назад

      Sorry for the late reply, the XPA1 is a mono amp and is a beast, if you buy two of them that would benefit a lot.
