Had the same experience with the iud I felt different immediately and I also lost 15 lbs after taking it out
Its the frothiness/thickness of blending protein powder and milk that probably made you feel nauseous. I always blend protein powder with water.
I also feel the same way about the kerastase hair oil. I prefer the olaplex over that one. My friend highly recommends the virtue one. She has fine hair and works really well to hydrate hers and smells lovely too. Packaging is a pretty colour if that's what lures you to products. 😆
Amazing the dedication you have to drive to TO for a haircut. I can't even drag myself to drive DT because I hate the traffic and roads there. Parking gives me anxiety, so nty! 😅

Toni, when you said Pineapple, I had an obsession with pineapple then I ate so much I became intolerant of it. Threw up like you mentioned lol. It’s was the bromelain for me! Look it up. Just be careful and eat in moderation. I still eat pineapple just no longer every day in those big containers lol.

I have the exact same fear of throwing up. Like legit same fear. I haven't thrown up since 1998 and even the suggestion or thought that someone around me has been sick or might get sick sends a panic through me. Like intense fear. Thanks for reminding me that it's not the end of the world if it does happen. It's bound to happen one of these days. hahahah. Loved seeing this video... always fun to see your adventures. :)

I got hand tied extensions for the first time last month. My hair can’t grow past my shoulders (genetics) . Well they were so uncomfortable and heavy I had to take them out after only 2 weeks. And ALL MY HAIR fell out. so I had to chop it all off, now I look like I have chemo. Idk how you guys can stand to wear hair extensions for years on end. Big mistake cost me $2500
Maybe clip ins would've been better? So you can take them off at night.
