I just use a 1/8 tea spoon measure for salt and 2.7ml syring for vinegar swirl around in a shot glass and pour into the FoN bottle. I even stopped using my strips because I've gotten consistent results. No need for a scale
I discovered this by mistake when I was in 8th grade!! I was trying to make a battery powered sail that could ride in my bathtub, and when the electrical leads touched water they would give off tons of bubbles. When I told my science teacher, he explained it was the electricity breaking down H2O into hydrogen and oxygen. I thought he was joking at the time!
Hi! I have a video that goes into detail about measuring the salt and vinegar for the FON. Because the unit is so small, you will need a scale to weigh out a very small amount of salt and vinegar. Let me know if you need help finding the video. I think it is called DIY Force of Nature Capsules or something like that.
A tiny bit like chlorine, not super strong though. Maybe find a small bottle of the premade stuff and sniff it before you invest in the machine. I hate cleaning smells too, and this is barely a smell at all, in my opinion.
In my opinion, the scent is very light. Not even close to as strong as clorox or lysol. Many people have described the scent similar to how a swimming pool smells. It dissipates when it dries.
i've been using my naturechlor daily for 2 months , i have terrible fragrance issues (mainly due to toxic laundry detergent and toxic perfumes)....that crap is making people very sick. Please use free and clear people! Anyway, I have no issues with the smell of hypochlorous acid since it has a natural smell, nothing like toxic bleach. Actually I love the smell and it doesnt smell like pool water to me. I use distilled water. I would not want to be without it. Its good for your health (internal and external) and for cleaning and degreasing. Also, NatureChlor is the best most flexible one on the market. Not only does it disinfect it can be made into a powerful degreaser. It is sooooooo easy and fast to make,

What do we do now that Nature Chlor has stopped making the generators? :(

How neat!!
Very helpful sincerely appreciate the info
I'm glad you found it helpful!
Thanks for making this video. I just looked at the nature chlor link and the price for the one that looks like yours is over $300..
If you join the "Force of Nature Fanatics, NatureChlor Enthusiasts, HOCl Aficionados" facebook group they should have a code to get a big discount.
Is it possible to make a 500ppm concentration with Naturechlor by adding more time to the process?
Now I want one! We love our force of nature. I want to try the naturechlor
So if I have the FoN what are the measurements for the salt and vinegar? Is the salt like 1T spoon and how much vinegar?

Just learned about this stuff, I have both OCD and a chemical phobia, so strong cleaning solutions really bother me. Does it have a strong scent?

I really enjoyed the video and I want a naturechlor. My FON is good for now due to my small apartment 😄.
Me too! I want one now! I have FON also so it’s fine but I’d love to try this one!
How long does it last in a container before it loses efficacy to disinfect? Also can you it in a cold fogger?
Yes it can be used in a cold fogger. We bought it specifically for that purpose for use in our church.
Hi, I have a question, how old are you? Also... You're really pretty! You have very good content and a nice channel! 👍😃
