I really cannot express how much I've missed you guys, you were my first English cover channel 2 years ago and I've followed most of the covers you've done and they're in a lot of my Spotify playlists, I also would really like if you did a cover of Akuma No Ko
The whole reason why i always prefer & love Studio Yuraki's cover is because they never change the music too much. So the feelings of the original version is still in there.

@Plupert the lyrics I have no problem with, but when she deliberately changes the tempo, or turns the opening from It's original to say a lullaby or rock version when that was never the original intention, and that's all she contributes to that piece...yah no I'd be pretty disappointed in not just hearing a dubbed opening and having to listen to something else -_-

@@knuckles7995 can you explain what that means please? I'm not really knowledgeable on music stuff
@@l0kk016 basically they were originally using one music distributor (i think Distrokid but could be wrong) which automatically put their covers on most music streaming sites, but around when the No. 1 cover came out they switched to another distributor (can’t remember which one) and they stopped officially uploading until it was fully switched over (though they did release both this cover and another cover around a month or so before their official return without a video, and only now did this one get a vid and I assume the other will later down the line). There’s probably a bit more to the situation but I’m admittedly not fully sure either, I just know the basics

Despite never listening to this song before you posted this cover, I was able to recognize where the word "sasageyo" appears. I recognized it from My Dearest, the Season 1 Opening of Guilty Crown. My brother likes to listen to AmaLee's English cover of it, where "Ima kimi ni sasageyo" is translated as "Belongs to you, I'll give my heart and soul." I thought of that when reading "Shinzou wo Sasageyo" in the title when this video was first posted. I remembered "shinzou" as the word for a physical heart, so I soon made the connection between "Wholeheartedly devote yourselves" and "Shinzou wo Sasageyo." Specifically, I was able to recognize "devote yourselves" as the English translation of "sasageyo." Now I'm off to listen to the original song, and after that, your newest cover. Have a good day!

It is the insert song in the final Evangelion movie and it is literally the perfect choice for ending such a loved series.
