I took some of the callused skin off till I became tender and couldn't remove anymore. Still hurts alot. Now I'm going around trying to diagnose it because I'm never going to make enough money to see a doctor let alone pay for insurance.

i know some people that have the corn on the feet and they use tomatoes , they put a slice of tomato on the corn and sleep after wearing socks ,
After about 5 or 10 nights from doing that, the corn separates from the foot and pulls it out without any ache and comes out completely
    try this way it works

That's an interesting blade and holder you are using to enucleate the callus, i.e., the second instrument you use following the #15 blade. Don't believe I've ever seen one like that here in the USA. I use a #64 blade on a small round handle for enucleation. I'm a podiatrist by profession despite the entirely non-medical content (all hobby interest) on my RUclips channel.
