Yeah, I'd love to see that Eastwood rust tool in action. I'm working on a 1988 Ford F250 diesel pickup at the moment. I'm preparing to pull the 7.3 IDI diesel motor for a used replacement one I bought. My truck doesn't have any rust on the frame as it came from California about 3 years ago and is now in the DC area with me. I do have three rust spots, on the hood, roof (the paint baked off those spots years ago, the truck came from Death Valley CA paint cooks out there) and two rectangular areas 12 in x4 in, in the bed area where a fifth wheel was attached to it for years.

I’m doing similar work on my 96 obs. I was planning on using a needle scaler to clean up the frame before applying corroseal. Do you have any experience with a needle scaler? Your frame looks to be in good shape.
