FYI on the Bunnings website (Australia) this item has multiple bad reviews. Leaks and hose too rigid
Yep it has terrrible reviews. I am, instead, purchasing a different model from the Temple & Webster online store. It has much better reviews.
Hose is definitely very stiff.

Sold as suitable for aged care, I had one I nstalled but the hose was too stiff and the handle just to hard for arthritic hands. I need one but one I can use safely

I have a problem when screwing in, the outlet does not face down but face up and it is already very tighten. How can I fix?

hi all things are properly fitted but there is no water coming out from bidet..but the water from the flush is working.what is the problem wd my bidet? any answers please
Probably much too late for you, bit if anyone else is wondering, there is a second flow control at the front of the unit, where the handheld sprayer sits. It's very tight, but you have to turn it so it's on. It doesn't feel like it should turn, as it's no where nearly as easy as the main flow control, bit it will turn, and this will allow the water through.

Are you referring to when you use the hand spray water won't come out?
If you are, go to 2:20 in the video. Once you take the hand piece off the cradle (handle B), you will need to turn handle B in a clockwise direction to turn on water flow to the hand piece. To place the hand piece back after use you would need to turn handle B counterclockwise to stop water flow and be able to place the hand piece back into its resting off position.
Our product is designed like this so our hand piece is not under constant water pressure that can create leaks over time.

@@evekare6987 It appears that the tap on the main body is jammed (where you put the nozzle when not in use). The first one we bought had same tap come away from the body, but the box had been opened on that one.

The hand piece holder B is generally a little stiffer by design, helping support the brass hand spray in the upright closed position when not in use. Over time we would expect this shut-off valve with integrated holder will loosen slightly with continued use.
