fyi this has always been the case is not new. It's always based on what underwriting the client has to go through. you can't be a new business new to the bank and get a no doc loan. the bank doesn't know you. By the way, the 4506-C doesn't have to be signed until the loan is closed, not upfront.

I understand that, but many say no doc loans then go through what they know on RUclips. At a time it was No Docs. Now, it is simple. Also question. Lendistry, are they the lending institution that is African American owned? I spoke with them and they told me their requirements financially are 100,000 per year.
They didn’t ask me for one last year. I got a 50k BLOC and a 25k CC.
Same I’ve never had to do a 4506T with Truist but times seem to have changed. Of course having a banking relationship could be factor
It depends on what state you are in as well. North Carolina has been asking for docs since late 2022 which includes Truist.

ALL BANKS WILL EVENTUALLY CANCEL ALL NO DOC LOANS BECAUSE OF GURUS ON RUclips TELLING PEOPLE OF COLOR WHERE TO GO TO GET THESE LOANS REMEMBER NO DOC LOANS HAVE BEEN AVAILABLE FOR 100 YEARS BUT NOW THAT PEOPLE OF COLOR ONOW THIS NFO GUESS WHAT THEY CANT CHANGE THE GAME BUT THEY ARE GONNA CHANGE THE RULES ..❤❤❤❤

Yes they are doing that with credit cards as well. LFCU ask for taxes and/or bank statements for both BLOC and BCC. Banks are definitely tightening up. These no doc loans are about to be erased moving forward imo.
