    5:54 - "Failed to deploy backup appliance: couldn't find a backup appliance in the marketplace"
    I had to deploy the appliance from Azure portal and then connect to it.

    backup Azure vault and are there any limitations? is there any documentation?

    I added a blob repo, but it doesn't show up when trying to create the policy in the global list. No idea what's missing, and the video just says they used the storage account they created earlier, which doesn't help me see where I went wrong.

      Hi @gunforhire, right now we don't do direct to Capacity Tier (S3/Blob storage). Backups need to target a Scale out Repo first and then data is automatically offloaded. helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backup/vsphere/sobr_add.html?ver=110

    is there any possibility to use it without to fill in the public ip section? we have a direct connection to it

      Hello and thank you for the question. The appliance can work without a public IP, but it deploys with one.

      @@veeam Thats one of the problems i had at the deployment, you have to deploy the appliance by hand (in azure) and connot deploy it over the azure backup and restore console because there is no option without public IP
