Ferry building with no bell just speaker
last month i was over in san diago and i got the best room in a hotel a railfan woul want, a perfect view of a tram station and a railroad crossing
I think I was actually near that.

Last time I was in San Francisco I had went to the ferry building to the clock tower I had managed to catch the bells ringing and when I was recording the sirens on the clock went off at the same on accident at 3 o clock
Was it on Thursday?
