I will say this one for what it is, its built very well! Would recommend it for a sturdy modern fan. No clue on lifespan though.

You ever noticed that Mainstay stole designs from General Electric and Westinghouse? The base design is almost identical, all Mainstay did was slightly alter the shape of the motor housing and changed the color, material, blade and grille design.
Either way it's just a cheap shity Walmart brand that probably won't even outlive a Chevy Cruze and it's not hard for something to outlive that piece of junk

They took the base from the ge pancake fans and made it less ornate. I actually think it's a copy of the pancake fan.
