I think Gary has to go. I think he wants to go too, but wont resign. I think should have stood up to Shi and Hobbs, but would prefer to get fired than play the necessary system for the players that he has, rather than the players he wanted and didn't get. He is at fault for that, but the main fault lies with Fosun for appointing and continuing to support a chairman that knows even less about football than Gareth Southgate.
Fosun need to sack O'Neil, things won't change until we get a manager of experience but in reality it's rotten from the top down, shit only runs downhill. Another four games with this manager and we are in serious trouble.

My dog is better than O'Neill at tactics and substitutions. He's out of his depth in the prem. Nice chap. But being nice doesn't make you a winner.
