Love those band!
This version of Midnight black is epic 👌🤘
It just doesnt get any better than this .
The best version of Chinese Lanterns. They should have recorded an acoustic ballad version for the album. Suits the song better in my opinion.
Suggestion to fans of Rock n Roll go check out the Rival Son’s you want be disappointed !
Wow
These vocals are not anywhere close to what I have heard recorded and live from The Temperance Movement. I hope this was just a bad day for him
Misty Elkins TBH they haven't stopped touring in years now - I'm surprised his vocals are still holding up! He's doing a great job!
check this out: The Temperance Movement - Caught in the Middle (Live at RUclips Space, London)
he's spot on :)
I didn't hear anything particularly 'off' on the tracks I listened to. I'm wondering if it's the stripped back nature of the arrangements that are making you hear Phil's vocals as (relatively) bad. It does offer a different perspective on them which may not be to everyone's taste. Plus several songs are from the inferior 'White Bear' album which, in my opinion, often shows Phil's vocals in a poor light.
