Academy Hetzer Build Pt. 1

In this part one episode we undertake the construction of Academy's Jagdpanzer 38. Follow along as we take this solid little kit from the box to final preparation for painting. Our step-by-step guide reveals a number of building tips and explores the kit's strengths and weakness. While not raising to the level of kit engineering and attention to detail of our prior Tamiya Panzer 38t kit, the Academy product still builds up into a fine scale model. Some moderate corrective work is required to bring this kit to competition standards. Check back soon for part two where we paint and weather our little tank hunter.
