Home health is the best job I've had as an LPN as well I love the freedom of organizing my day and having the ability to run errands as well. I like working Saturdays, it gives me something to do besides spending money lol
I just found your channel, and I love the content! I'm currently an MA student getting ready to go on my externship next spring and plan on continuing on to get my lpn. But I'm getting alot of negative feedback, even from my instructors from my program who believe I should do my RN, but I don't want to. I will be 40 next year, and I don't want to be in school until my 50's. Lpn is just right for me.
@@Mayrita77 oh ok, that’s completely understandable! But just try to remember that you’d be saving more money if you just go straight for it vs going for MA first, then Lpn. Also, there’s so much room for growth and advancement as a nurse! I’m currently in the Lpn program now ☺️ btw, I’m not trying to discourage you from becoming a MA, just trying to throw out a different perspective. I wish you nothing but success in whatever you do 🤍

It's just I want to work in a doctor's office but LPNs aren't hired in Dr offices that much

It’s crazy how different it is in your area! I was a home health nurse for years and it was definitely cool
