@@StormtrooperV8 It's a natural aspirated engine and it get's new CNC parts (aluminum-alloy or titanium-alloy depending on the parts) for basically everything important in the engine (like pistons, rods etc.) and of course a total rework of the clutch and transmission + big Precision or Garrett turbo-chargers for the boost. In Europe (especially Germany) they also use custom turbo-chargers from TTE (The Turbo Engineers) or TTH (Turbo-Technik-Hamburg), who are using a very similar and heavy punching spooling-technology like Precision - but Garrett is used for everything above 2000 HP everywhere for sure afaik. And then you also need special custom suspension fittings for 15" drag-tires and since the factory brakes won't fit then anymore (too big) you also need custom carbon-ceramic brake systems. And also - you can't drive those crazy HP numbers with standard pump-gas, you need either a WMI or E85 or for the crazy, crazy numbers (>2500 WHP) even race-fuel.

This is on another level! It’s extreme aerodynamics, flawless street grip, track-honed handling dynamics without sacrificing comfort is something very hard to accomplish with our classic cars! But then again it’s two different animals and I still choose a classic car lol
It's great when big number cars sound so solidly built, no rattles or silly noises just violent acceleration. My 1985 VW Polo has 45 Horsepower. Had 45 HP when I bought it from new, now, who knows.
That's some serious torque. I want some. When you are sitting there doing ride along it's a lot more intense. Hard to explain, but easy to feel. It's even better than a roller coaster. I can't drive anymore because of TBI seizures, but I get to ride in a lot of 1000+ HP cars. I really do black out in some super high torque/HP cars. I just love the totally locked-in, no wheelspin, screaming turbo boost launches.

110% agree with you been drag racing for 25 years with 1000s of passes and can't tell you the times it came close or I did wreck, look at the legendary street racers on in a closed environment passed away one about 3 weeks ago while filming street outlaws that power belongs a runaway with full gear on
Yeah, but this is in a car with TC, ABS, Driver Assist, etc... These cars don't lose traction like a RWD Carrera GT will, so in essence, it's easier to drive. The only way you kill yourself in this car is by going too fast around a corner or hitting a hump in the road. RWD cars will put you into a pole like the flick of a switch.
Technology has also come a long ways. Plus it's very sophisticated awd. My 2018 Rs3 has 1100hp but on street I only use 800-850 unless on long straight roads when nobody else is really out. Never had a scary moment, not even close. My Audi & this Huracan are very similar. Plus with aftermarket still using the magnetic ride and correct tires for the seasons it stays planted to the road like its on rails. But yes one should not be thinking this is an excuse to drive any car fast or at these speeds at all. You really have to know the roads and be experienced not just as a driver but being in tune with how the car behaves. You have to factor in many variables to do it safely even if everything is perfectly fine. Accidents still happen and can be unexpected. Again, I will say this is no excuse or reason to break the laws.
