Electric Tankless Water Heater Leaking or E1 Error Fix

After a pretty cold day, our Ecotouch tankless water heater started to leak. I was almost ready to throw it away and get a new one. However this fix is pretty easy and no parts to buy. Hope it helps someone out!

I have one,whe you open the hot water tap anywhere in the house,in the display showing the little underscroll lines...is like he is not seeing the water flow.

So would E1 errors mainly be within the tankless water heater or something within the water lines?
