As a 67 year old musician, erstwhile New Yorker and avid Beatles fanatic (to the point where I do Beatles music theory analysis podcasts on my channel), I listened to this through and through with joy. It warmed my heart for so many reasons. What blew my mind is that so many of the younger generations that are aware of the Beatles always seem to know only their later work. There's a tendency to dismiss their early stuff as too cute or too pop but I always say that their early stuff is just about as sophisticated as their later stuff. The early stuff is just clothed differently. I'm so happy that Blac Rabbit is keeping the wonderful, magical Beatles legacy going. Thanks, guys! Great singing and great performances. My daughter is still in NYC and I'm gonna tell her all about y'all!
Blac Rabbit should be much better known. Beautiful, authentic versions of the greatest popular songs. The "authentic" aspect they bring is the great blend of two fantastic voices. Very different from Lennon/McCartney - but they do it beautifully. They should be playing to much bigger audiences.
Not many appreciate great talent and music today, because peoples attention span has been destroyed by social media. These guys truly have amazing talent.
How unbelievably talented with golden harmonies. I hope their dreams come true and they make the big time. I can’t believe their voice clarity, every word recognisable and rich sounding. As a Beatle enthusiast you rarely come across a couple of black guys belting out their tunes so I find this brilliantly refreshing, quirky and totally authentic. Best of luck fellas, hope this platform propels you to dizzy musical heights beyond your dreams.

Amazing! I recognize the stations where they were playing. Wish they were there when I was still living and working in NYC! i wonder how long before they get a good recording contract? Wishing all members of Blac Rabbit (there seem to be two fellows, but several "guest" performers joining them! Don't let anyone EVER tell you that all New Yorkers are indifferent and inherently "angry"! There's never a dull moment, and for me, most of those "surprise moments" were like this! I had a friend who had a Doo-Wop group back in the early 60s, who reunited with his old group from the Bronx every week or so, performing a capella songs that were written to showcase amazing harmonies. Just like so many Lennon-McCartney songs! I hope to hear more of these guys!
Just discovered Blac Rabbitt and I have to say I have seen numerous Beatle cover bands and none of them compare to your talent. You do justice to The Fab Four! If you take your act on the road, like Florida, please let me know. BTW I love your original stuff too. Thanks for your music!!!
Would love to know more about their childhood and how they got to The Beatles. They play them well enough that it’s clear it’s been a big part of their upbringing which they can only thank those that raised them
Gosh, it sounds as good or better than the original....Just random thoughts, but have you guys ever heard/seen the Everly Brothers w Mark Knopfler and Chet Atkins take of "Why Worry" on RUclips? I had thought upon their deaths no one could ever reprise it, but with Josh Turner doing Mark's part it could be magical... or maybe that's too difficult?....Also just heard a great Brooklyn harmony piece called "Heart of My Heart" by the Four Aces..... Sorry, I'm too caffeinated but seriously you guys always sound awesome and natural.
I love it! I love to hear and see covers that you can hear and feel the attention to detail note for note. This shows a great respect for the original performers.
