  • #shorts I'd always wanted a #Spidey suit and with a $30 suit off Amazon and around $20 in supplies I made it come to life! Hat tip to‪@hfklsd‬ whose videos and techniques really inspired me #spiderman #costumemaking #spidermancosplay #cosplaytutorial #marvel

Turn it inside out and pin it accordingly, either carefully take it off and sew it or take a sharpie and trace the edges from both sides before taking the pins out, taking the mask off and pin again according to the sharpie markings before sewing it.

It makes it look so much more expensive than it was. Even just tailoring things to fit your body shape really helps alot. Can't even tell how many times I've tailored some shirts or pants from a thrift store, and when people ask and I say it's thrifted, they thought I got it from a regular clothing store.

Here is a hack to reduce hand cramps. Wrap the pen, pencil or tool with adhesive medical tape like what is used for bandages. 3-4 layers makes the pen or tool handle thicker and adds some cushion. It'll take some time to get used to the way it feels but this should reduce hand cramps. I'm a 62 year old artist. So I am familiar with what happens when you hold a pen in your hand for hours at a time.
