I called a place in the nearest city to me bc i had questions and wanted to try a colonic hydrotherapy. The owner told me that it is the best thing to do for the body to rid it of toxins and bloating. She also said it helps to have better skin and less allergies. She literally said everything i needed to hear. However, i did not schedule an appointment yet but will do it soon.
I suffer from bloating on a daily basis and nothing ive tried yet seems to get rid of it.
I want it to be a delicious experience too! 😂😜 and just to feel better than I've felt in all my adult years.

Back in Zimbabwe we grew up with our mum doing a colon cleanse on us once a month. We never liked it then but I have come to realise that our African ancestors were way ahead of the game. Really beneficial
As a South African, my mum and Grandma use to do a colon cleanse on us too. I hated it so much, my grandma went as far as checking out pop right after to see if there were any stomach worms or things that were growing inside of us. Colon therapy is so underrated. It is a mind, body, and spiritual experience in my opinion. You will change on so many levels after colonic therapy. This is definitely a healthy treat. It’s also an amazing breathing treatment.
I love getting colonics twice a year. You will feel rejuvenated. At first, it is uncomfortable but you get a jelly lubrication around the area. I did it with hands-on colonics. But I choose to go the other route, going to a colonics clinic and you are in a private room with the machine. I like this better. Water pressure is warm or cool it's your comfort level. You feel healthier and refresh.❤❤. Mrs Fumi you are on the next level of being healthy.

I couldn't do it. I do it the old fashioned way, I drink a herbal tea and the next day everything comes out. Or if you're constipated put castor oil in your belly button and it softens things up and it gets you regular again. Fumi deserves a 🥇 for bravery.
Right 😅 I like drinking Richter herbal tea for that. Taste nasty but helps a lot
You have to be careful about that castor oil in the belly button castor oil in the belly button can do a lot of other things to a female body like increase egg production and you can become pregnant so before you put the castor oil in your belly button make sure your age where you're not wanting to have children.

Hydrotherapy treatments hands down, the best thing that has ever happened to me 15 years ago.
I fought it initially. It's never a comfortable feeling for me during the process but when it ends (it takes about 3 one-hour sessions to feel like you have touched the tip) you are like brand new.
Whenever I feel uncomfortable, I go get a series of 3 treatments and when it's over, it's like nirvana within oneself. And, when you witness what comes out of your body--like the mucus, you are forced to want to take better care of yourself.
Hydrotherapy sessions should be required for every single living person on earth.

Is there a PREP before ?
I recently had my first colonoscopy done. Do the prep treatments do same thing as the colonic hydrotherapy? I am grateful I had no polys nor other issue.
It's not done here in the US so I have to travel back to my country, Jamaica. It's always relaxing and helps get rid of the bloat.

I do hydrotherapy and wet Hijama regularly every 3-4 months.
I had an appointment and cancelled because I was afraid because she told me I had to do it myself. No massaging of the stomach.
Remember to take your pre and probiotics to replenish after the hydrotherapy But make it a daily lifestyle because everything happens in the Gut.....and now many sicknesses/d8seases are being connected with the Gut ....
I did my first one probably almost now near 20 years ago. TMI but the stuff that came out I was shocked medicine caplets. I think when I left I had lost like 13 lbs and make sure I did not eat anything that wasn't liquid or soup for like 3 days. I didn't want my stomach to be tore up

@@TheHumanitarian23 only meant that the first time I went I was all over the age of probably 25 and it's the first time I had ever had one so I figured that all the food medicine and stuff that I had taken in my youth my younger days from being sick was probably still in me and I decided to go get it out. A lot of it was just water weight and bloating the amount of excrement that came out wasn't as much as I thought but what I saw that came out was was shocked me. The stuff that didn't dissolve. So I lost water weight I evacuated my bowels and and my inflammation went down
Question…If you have had a recent colonoscopy, how long should you wait before doing colonic hydrotherapy procedure?
They are both completely different in a way a colonoscopy is where a doctor who is looking for specific things in your colon to make sure you don't have colon cancer like polyp cysts and things like that they give you a special drink you drink it the day before and you are completely rid of all of your waste. Where is a colon cleanse is where you show up to a clinic and a nurse practitioner or a nurse tech inserts just warm water into your sphincter which is the second hole in your anus and the water just loosens up built up waste in your colon
So I’m somewhat confused because with a colonoscopy the entire length of the colon is emptied and thus cleaned out but from everything I’ve been told, all a colonic does is clean maybe the bottom third of the colon, the water never gets far enough up the colon to clean it all out! Sure, I guess it feels good and MAY have a little benefit but who knows?
The bowel prep given before a colonoscopy gets ride of all bad( and some good) stuff in your gut.
You don't need a colon cleanse soon after that. It would damage your gut flora.
Wait until you have build -up you want to get rid of.

Is that different from colonoscopy ?
Yes. Colonoscopy requires a trained medical professional. Usually patients are not even conscious for it. They insert a probe (light and tiny camera) to actually see the inside of your large intestine. The doctor might also remove abnormal tissue from the intestine.
Very much so a colonoscopy is done by a doctor and you have to drink a specific drink to clean clean you out so they can see if you have any polyps or anything in your colon. A colon cleanse is simply warm water inserted into your your sphincter and the water goes up in you and cleans you out naturally.
